I came in as a walk in to get a tattoo for my sister that passed away recently. I have to say this shop and the employees are fantastic! Super professional and so kind. I felt like they listened to my input for what I wanted and it was not an easy task. Dru, I’m talking to you! Not only did they listen but the condolences felt absolutely genuine. You can really tell these artist care about the work they put out there. I can’t thank you guys enough. Absolutely incredible artists. I've been tattooed by Skyler and Josh. Everyone at this shop is beyond talented. If you're looking for top-tier quality tattoos, a fun and relaxed experience, you should definitely go to copper coil.

I couldn't express how grateful that I am to have found this business and Mike as my artist. I was searching for quite some time for an artist here in town that was capable of executing detailed work and by chance found someone who had work done by Mike which led me here. Luckily for me, I was booked a few months ago with another place in town but didn't work out as I was unhappy with their artist and his lack of willingness to do the art that I originally brought him to get done so I canceled. My piece exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be any happier! Also it's worth noting that the staff here is really chill and listening to their commentary while getting my work done was very entertaining lol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GET QUALITY WORK DONE!

Just went in for consultation on Wednesday & booked sessions for 4 for Saturday.super pleased with our experience thus far.

They took me as a walk in with me wanting my first tattoo to be very realistic, and detailed, my artist 10/10 was very gentle, calmed me down so much, truly going there for the rest of my tattoos!

Stopped in about a month ago looking to set up an appointment for a small tattoo, Skyler was able to squeeze me in between appointments same day. Came out great! I would give more than 5 stars if I could, amazing work, friendly staff and great pricing! Thank you Skylar and the rest of the Copper Coil staff.

Katy and Lance are awesome. I came as a walk in for a 6 hr Tattoo. Katy drew up a sketch right away. Then the next day Katy started. I am very happy with her skills and attitude. I will be going back fir more.

Brought my daughter here to get her first tattoo. She had a design she wanted in her back. Unfortunately, she had gotten a pretty bad sunburn the week before and was still peeling. Our artist, Mo, was fantastic in explaining why the tattoo on the back couldn’t be done. Mo also talked with my daughter to work through the other options, one of which was “just wait”. I would have been happy to take her place. Mo was so patient and helpful. Finally decided on another tattoo option. Mo was awesome. She talked my daughter through it and made her feel so relaxed. It was a great experience and an excellent tattoo. We will drive back down from South Carolina so Mo can do the tattoo that was originally wanted.

Me and my friend were in St. Augustine for spring break and we decided to get tattoos at copper coil, we didn’t have an appointment but they got us in super fast. The artists were so warm and welcoming! They gave us advice on placement and took the time to make sure the design looked good and would age well. I had Mo, and my friend had Skylar who were both professional yet a blast to work with.

My friends and I were in town for spring break and we came to Copper Coil for new tattoos. We absolutely loved them! Such great artists, super nice and welcoming! 10/10 recommend and we definitely wanna come back!

We came in as a late night walk in. Drew and Skyler did amazing job on our tattoos. They were able to get 4 of us in for tattoos making it a night to remember. Every tattoo has great detail and didn’t take that long! Definitely want to come back for another.

Five of my cousins and I came in 30 minutes before closing to get matching tattoos, the staff was outstanding! They were so nice to us and did a fantastic job, i highly recommend this place!
