This was my first time getting physical therapy. In the past I went to the chiropractor when I had neck and back pain. But physical therapy has helped a lot more than I believed it would. The staff at CORA at the Ocoee location have been friendly and quick checking me in at the front desk. I am usually called back for treatment without a wait. The physical therapy staff who work with me are friendly and understanding. During the Covid-19 time we are in, they have required everyone to wear a mask, take temperatures upon arrival, and wipe everything down between patients. They are trying to take proper precautions. They do not push me to do anything I am not comfortable doing during therapy sessions. They do offer suggestions and have been very helpful. I highly recommend trying this line of treatment and this location and staff do a great job.

If you can go to another clinic do so. Lauren is very unprofessional and pushy, she spoke to me like she was my mother or an Army boot camp Sgt. It is the patients choice to go or not to the therapy or change location if necessary, not your choice Lauren. Hope she can attend a Customer Service class and improve her attitude.

My daughter Joya Jackson came here not knowing if she would ever compete again in track because of a very bad pulled hamstring in her right leg. The staff is so kind and companionate, and the really care about their clients.

Staff are all very knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant all at the same time. I am very pleased with the caring attitude, especially when it doesn't work that day. Rarely lol.

The Cora physical therapy place has been perfect and ideal for me. Came here last week walking with a cane, status post-Total Knee Replacement, now I am confidently walking without my cane.
The staff are professionally friendly and very caring and helpful.

THe entire staff is great. They are right there at all times to answer questions and show you how to do the rehab exercises. The are polite and friendly and it is as easy as possible to see results. I have had many operations and feared loss of mobility and had a very small range of motion. Afte just a few months my motion has more than tripled and I have started to regain my former strength.

I received great care many years ago prior to and after knee surgery. When I recently required PT for my shoulder, I knew exactly where to go. The Ocoee CORA staff is professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They will treat you respectfully and go the extra mile to make sure you are safely taken care of and restored as much as possible. The hours of operation were very accommodating for my work schedule and the front desk staff were more than willing to help in every way they could. I'm so very grateful for Sandra and Erin and their expertise in Vestibular training. I highly recommend this location!

My grandmother does physical therapy here. The PT's are great, but this establishment really needs a better front desk staff. The older lady that always helps us is extremely condescending and acts like giving us a schedule and answering our questions is a pain. Please take into account the friendliness and disposition to help of the individuals you hire. Also, being that my grandmother is only a Spanish speaker, we were guaranteed that she would be receiving therapy in Spanish. However most of the time there are no Spanish speaking PT's doing her therapy.

I did 2 rounds of PT at this location. Atmosphere and staff are great! Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend this location to anyone in need of PT!

Following a back injury, I had three rounds of physical therapy at CORA Ocoee. I mainly worked with Zul, who was absolutely fantastic! The entire staff is so encouraging and supportive. Each session was enjoyable, and I looked forward to going every time! They also gave me the tools I need to continue strength and core training now that I have finished therapy. Watching them with other patients was a joy as well; all of the PTAs are incredibly patient and understanding, and they all just want to help you make a full recovery. Thanks to CORA Ocoee for a wonderful experience in the midst of a tough time!

Everyone at CORA was very helpful and friendly. Their care and instructions were great. They taught me exercises that will help strengthen without risking further damage - exactly what I need. Everyone was very knowledgeable and caring.

I just finished a long rehab for my shoulder, and I want to tell you that you will never find a better place the Cora of Ocoee to go. Everyone in the entire staff and very knowledgeable and so very helpful. I have never been to a better place. I always felt comfortable and well attended to, and they always took good care of me.
I would recommend Cora of Ocoee to anyone, because there just the best.
