I waltz into her office, bringing my signature mix of charm and wit, and to my delight, the whole team catches the vibe. The atmosphere radiates warmth, and everyone, especially Dr. Caballero, creates a friendly, welcoming space. Dr. Kissy, with her expertise and genuine care, turns what could be a nerve-wracking dental experience into something unexpectedly enjoyable. Now, I’m no dental expert, but if you’re in search of a dentist who combines expertise with a welcoming demeanor, Dr. Kissy Caballero is the professional you’re looking for. Very professional and efficient dental office. Lays, the office manager, is a straight shooter and extremely helpful in cutting through the bureaucracy created by insurance plans. She knows the ins and outs, is transparent and works to assist the patient. No nonsense. Dr. Caballero is an excellent dentist, very pleasant and caring, as well as highly diligent in the conduct of her dental work. Her assistant, Diana, is highly thorough and competent. I was looking for a last minute dental office and came upon this office. They made sure I got seen same day, the doctor was very knowledgeable, the procedure I had done was painless. I have no complains at all, highly recommend!

This is the worst dentist experience of my life. The hygienist cleaned so aggressively all my gums bled and the pain got so bad I straight out stopped her cleaning to leave; this is from someone whose physio says, "the pain you can handle makes grown men cry". She then blamed it on me and tried to make me pay for medication to stop gum bleeding, despite me having no issues before coming in. Three hours later, my mouth is so sore I still can't even bite properly. Never again.

I had my treatment done with Dr. Mirabal and she was very caring and sweet with me she took my concerns very serious and was responsible from the beginning until the end of the treatment. Rest assured I can say that this helped me a lot and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to perfect their teeth. I had overall a great experience here!

Mucho OJO/ BEWARE! They look really nice but.at the end of the day= $$$$ is the name of the game. I went with Medicare and they wanted me to pay out of pocket what normally is included in a deep cleaning. CUIDADO

4 years ago I wrote the following on this same site: "Excellent service from Dr. Rudy Carvallo. Punctual, friendly, painless and efficient. " Now, when there is a new administration of the center, I must express my displeasure because they are trying to charge patients who wish to pay with credit cards by 3%. I paid for the first half of an implant treatment ($1,700) with credit card without any surcharge. This week when I had to pay the second half ($1,700) I was warned that I had to pay the company STRICTLY ZERO 3% on the amount paid by credit card, in this case $51. This surcharge is not legal in 40 states of the American union but in Florida it is when the client is warned. My point of displeasure is that when the merchant signs up for a credit card, he must pay a fee to the issuing company for channeling a flow of cardholders to his business. With this bad experience I will be aware, from now on, of the companies that apply this tactic of "Creole liveliness" so as not to use them.
