I went today to cut my toe nails. What a disaster. The scissors or whatever name has the instrument was in a box. No sterilized. It was an inept assistant. That cut without any softner on nails I was in pain.then he went for a podiatrist that told me that they don't softner toe first. Soo I left. And told the receptionist that I went to see a podiatrist not a veterinarian. I

Amazing, went it for my daughter's toe that was bothering her for a month, Dr examined her and took her of the problem within minutes. What a relief. Dr was great and staff was great. 100% recommended

Totally disappointed, the front desk was nice but not a good nail maintenance, the tecnitian literally just took 2 min when I was waiting almost 45 min at the waiting area

Don't waste your time and money coming to this place. Better go see a dermatologist. I arrived with a fungus on my big toe, I expressed my concern about how bad it looked and the fear that it would spread to other parts of the body. The Doctor didn't do anything concrete, just. They charged me to do an exam and find out what treatment to follow. The fungus spread to the hands and other parts, and still they did not know a solution 14 days after the first consultation. I had to solve elsewhere, I lost the 300 dollars I paid on this site. Yes, 300, becouse i paid the laser sesion and in the state in which the fungus was, it was not going to work. After calling several times because it was urgent, and I didn't receive my prescription, it wasn't fair to the patients, but to me? I was not a patient? They finally sent it to me, and the prescription was wrong, they sent the 500 mg pill and it only comes in 250, how they couldn’t knew that? It’s a prescription they do all the time! They couldn't deliver it to me at the pharmacy. I had to wait again for them to have time to do it again. So I solved the other way.

I was greeted by Vincent and he was warm and welcoming and he made me feel at ease. He then explained everything that I needed to know about the procedure and insurance issues I might have.

The staff is amazing you will be treated like family and you will receive a five-star medical experience

In a nutshell, I came to this office because of the reviews in hopes that they would help treat my discolored toenail. They ran some tests/cultures and said that it wasn’t fungus but for some reason gave me a topical solution for fungus that did not help at all. This was the 2nd podiatrist that did this to me and after this visit I decided to get a third opinion with a dermatologist who ran the same tests and told me that I was positive for fungus and then was given proper treatment and medication that helped tremendously with my condition. I wouldn’t recommend this office they only care about money and not treating the patient.

I have been coming to Coral Gables Podiatry for years! The Dr & his staff are always wonderful! They do an excellent job for every need my wife & I have! They are professional & friendly & make every visit pleasant! We greatly appreciate them!

I went to the office 2 weeks ago for a rash I had on my foot, when I first got to the room I realized how dirty it was, mind you my appointment was in the morning so it looked as they didn’t clean the office, it’s very old and not up to date. The chairs are all worn out. The doctor took a little of my skin out to get it tested, I waited for results and nothing. The office called me saying to go in for a follow up, I asked why I hadn’t received my results over the phone how normally every doctor no matter what they practice will call you results. They said the doctor will give it to me in person, however why would I pay another co pay of $70 just to get a result. They are just finding a way to get money clearly. I called and spoke to a guy and I said I wanted the results over the phone and he said that he couldn’t give it to me. It was the first time I’ve been and would never recommend. I’ve never heard of a doctor office not being able to give you a simple result. It’s not even a serious issue so I’m assuming the result isn’t anything severe that they can’t give results over the phone. Rip off of a place and horrible customer service. I just won’t get my results then

Scam, they lied about my insurance not covering insoles.the words "pay out of pocket" must have came out of their mouth 40 times.i just got off the phone with my ins company, before the visit and they assured me they cover 100%.
they ran my credit card for a $75 co pay faster than I could have a seat in the waiting room.same week i went to another podiatrist and they took my insurance and in less than a week i had my new prescription insoles, covered 100% by my insurance, go figure.don't waste your time with these money hungry thieves.

Dr Z was thorough in his explanation of what was going to happen. My son wasn’t scared at all about the procedure. The staff is really nice as well. Would definitely recommend anyone to this practice.

I am very satisfied with the services I received at Coral Gables Podiatry. My first visit was very informative. The front desk person was so pleasant. She made me aware of everything that was going to happen. Each appointment she made sure I understood everything. Dr. Eric corrected my problem. I haven’t had any problems since my final appointment. Dr. Eric listened to what my issue was and found solutions. I am a satisfied customer.

This could have easily been 5 stars review. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to get to know you. The clerks are also great. Except for the male clerk. He seriously needs help and cannot be left alone. I gave a phone number to a pharmacy close to my house and he sent me to another one 25 minutes away. I called early in the morning and explained that I misplaced my medication and to send a new prescription. I called the pharmacy and was told that the prescription was never ordered. I called the male clerk and he said that his colleagues was supposed to take care of it. He sent the prescription with the wrong dates and now I have to wait another day for his manager. Terrible service from this clerk….

Friendly and professional staff. Easy to schedule appointment and I felt the Doctor took the time to answer and address my questions. I would recommend for a consultation. Surgery is pending but I feel I’m in great hands!

Front desk staff members are extremely helpful and organized, they will assist you with all your problems and questions, including insurance. Doctor is extremely friendly, very confident too which helps provide emotional support and reassurance to those coming for an appointment. Doctor will assist you with all your needs in the most efficient and safe way possible, Doctor will also display several options of medical assistance, in case one does not work as efficient as the patient would like. Would absolutely and definitely recommend to anyone who has the insurance to cover it. Amazing experience.

Dr. Zephirin is amazing, very knowledgeable and kind. I was in agonizing pain and unable to walk before my appointment and I can now walk with comfort! A great experience.
