I do not recommend anyone to rent in that condominium, they are scammers, the pool never works, the elevators are more damaged than fixed, they never work, the garbage arrives only on the 5th level, the washing machines never work, it is full of bugs and cockroaches, the sequiuriti is disgusting she is colluding with the company that tows the cars, and she takes all the cars when a person arrives at your house knowing that that car belongs to that apartment is a business that she has with the rude, it is lack of respect, ignorant if education I imagine that it does not even have titles to be sequiuriti, I do not recommend it before moving, have you find out well or and I am missing mold that you can see even in the hallways

I'm writing to express my ongoing concerns regarding the conduct of the security lady at this apartment complex.
Unfortunately, there have been consistent instances of rudeness, negative comments about tenants, and an unhelpful attitude when seeking assistance. A troubling pattern has also emerged with cars being towed, raising suspicions of a potential commission arrangement with the towing company.
It's disheartening to note that many residents share similar experiences and complaints about her behavior in common areas. Moreover, her intrusive actions, such as recording and taking pictures without justification, standing in her golf cart provocative in front of you for no reason contribute to an uncomfortable living environment. In addition to these issues, I have video recordings from my Ring camera capturing instances of her making disparaging comments and mocking other tenants.
Despite multiple complaints filed with management and the board, it appears that there has been no meaningful resolution to these ongoing issues. Given these concerns, I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice and carefully evaluate the living conditions. It's my hope that this feedback leads to improvements, ensuring a more positive living experience for all residents.

The worst thing about this place is the rude security guard who’s constantly fighting with the residents and towing cars left to right. You can see her fighting with someone in one of the pictures. She more than likely gets a kickback from the towing company (it’s a common thing in corrupt Miami)

Please do not buy or rent here, this place is roach infested and mold everywhere. The security lady at this place is ridiculous, she’s the cop in the building- taking pictures of balconies, pictures of plates and of everything. I’ve called about 6 times to the office and sent an email because I’m borrowing a car since my car is at the dealer———— NO RESPONSE. The security guard giving me issues to give me a simple pass for the night. This place is ridiculous.

The Administration is Terrible for an Approval it takes 30 days what a bureaucracy when doing a background it takes 1 hour or less, what a shame and they are the same Latinos throwing Latinos, they do not answer a phone it is super difficult to be able to communicate with them

I liked it a lot because there is good parking control and they are very safe and the condominiums are very good

They send emails about three times, we close early for the preparation of the workers. In the first place, they should learn education, starting with the manager, the security, who are tremendously rude and unpleasant people, and there is less and less parking for visitors, so they cannot come to visit one if they don't tow your car

We’re recently moving out after living here for three years. The security guard at the front gate, the woman especially, has a nasty attitude with everyone including myself. She takes pictures of license plates on cars if they have furniture on top. I was leaving to throw away a bed and I saw her taking a picture of the license plate on my truck before exiting. However, there was a car parked in a No Parking spot and she never took a picture of their license plate which is what her job actually consists of. Comercial vans and cars are not allowed after 5pm and if you have any plumbing issues that require a commercial vehicle you have to notify the office staff 48 hours prior. The office management changed every few months therefore the rules change constantly making us tenants unaware of what we can and can’t do. The elevators are always out of service and no overnight visitors are allowed. These people are the worst.

Just a heads up if you are planning to view this place: If you have a motorcycle you are not allowed to live here (no one can seem to give a reason why). Upon being escorted out by security for the motorcycle when I came for my viewing and was waiting to be let in to see a unit, I was also informed that they do not allow dogs, even though there are people with dogs all over the place…So apparently this only applies to new tenants. So if you have a dog, a motorcycle, or back into your parking spot, don’t waste your time with the unit listed on Zillow.

Currently the administration has improved the condominium. It is a place with very spacious apartments and it is a shame that constructions of that type are no longer made.
