Coral Reef Guesthouse, Fort Lauderdale FL

Had a wonderful 3 night stay here in Dec 2023. It's a great small guesthouse, better than big chain hotels. My room was very up to date and well decorated. The pool and garden are an ideal setting and very well maintained. The breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, variety of pastries, cereal and most important coffee. I was very satisfied. The location is very good, convenient to the beach, a short drive or a not too long walk. Also minutes from downtown by car or Uber. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place

Perfectly situated between Wilton Manors and the beach. Tons of great restaurants and bars/nightclubs nearby. The beautiful pool and pool deck are our favorite place to be. Chuck was AWESOME. He was thoughtful, generous, and funny. George was fantastic. Missed seeing Wayne and JJ (owners) this time. We'll definitely be back.again and again.

Actually a very nice resort - the outdoor pool area is very pretty and well maintained.
Unfortunately the furnishing of the rooms is dated and rather 80-ies style, and the breakfast is very poor- even for a Continental breakfast! Coffee, a (already expired!) Danish and opened/ used jam tubes in the refrigerator.
For the price demanded and charged, much more can be expected in these days we think.

Lovely place and experience. Friendly staff, most rooms look out on the pool, nice breakfast, great location very close to beaches. We had a great time.

Very cozy place. We were very well attended to by both the owner and the staff (I think Jorge and Chuck).
Everything was very peaceful.
The owner was still very attentive and gave us a ride to the boating location.
We will be back one day!

I can not say enough good things about this place. If you ever need a relaxed environment and an amazing and attentive staff, this is the place. I've only just showed up and checked in today, and this has already surpassed any other place I have been to. I plan to come back to this place as much as I can!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coral Reef Guesthouse. The vibe was great - chill and cozy. The pool area was perfect for a swim, a meal outside, or sunbathing. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Chuck was helpful and kind and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The location was also very convenient - close/walkable to a grocery store, mall, state Park, and the beach. We would definitely stay again!

A very beautiful and lovingly maintained guest house. We spent five days there. All but two rooms are located around the pool. The reception and kitchen are located in an annex building. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for breakfast in the morning. A kind of self service. Breakfast is served outside or, if you want, in your room. The whole complex is in a quiet location. Shops and restaurants can be reached in ten minutes on foot. The Brazilian Rodizio Restaurant is highly recommended. The beach can be reached on foot in thirty minutes.
UBER is a very good and inexpensive way to travel.
As a summary, we can recommend the guesthouse one hundred percent.

I absolutely loved staying here! They truly go above and beyond. I needed an early check-in, and they communicated with me ahead of time and did everything they could to help me. When I got to the guesthouse, everyone was so nice and friendly, and the place is gorgeous and so clean. My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Whenever I needed anything, someone was around to help me happily. The owner was great, making sure I was enjoying my stay, and I have to give Jorge a HUGE shoutout for helping me out when I really needed it. Thank you for being amazing!

Back again and still as lovely as it always is! Pool has been resurfaced and has new tile. Some updates to the room. The owners and staff take great pride in this property! Beautiful landscaping! They also provided exceptional advice on a boat tour through Intimate Waterway Tours.

Excellent place for a relaxing getaway a few blocks from the beach and Galleria Mall. The staff is fantastic. They are friendly and very hospitable! The facilities are cleaned daily by housekeeping. The swimming pool and hot tub are a great place to relax!

Great experience! Nice, quiet & relaxing atmosphere. Although it rained while we were here we were still able to enjoy the hot tub. Super close to many restaurants (J Mark’s) has been our personal favorite. Publix is 2 minutes away, the beach is 4 minutes away from this destination.
I will say this… they use good toilet paper lol, most places have the cheap stuff but not here. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend coming.
