Had a visit this morning for my hand. Very clean facility. Very friendly staff. My nurse Hutch, a total gentleman. Very nice, professional and courteous. My Dr. P. A. Ketty Díaz, was super. Very nice, sweet and professional. Excellent bedside manners. Highly recommended.

I had tried calling their phone number for the fax phone number to send a mail report before my appointment. I tried twice, letting it ring each time for 15 minutes with no answer! I finally decided to drive to the location to get the fax number. The man at the front desk gave me a phone number but said it probably would not get to the doctor. So I asked for the number that would, he said he didn't know it and would have to go to a different desk behind him. After waiting 15 minutes again, the lady got me the number. When I told her about the difficult time I had with their phone system she stated, "these people work from home and are contracted". It really makes me and you should think about their services. I have already made an appointment with someone else.

Today was my first experience with Cleveland Clinic and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The staff are kind, compassionate, organized and overall my appointment could not have gone smoother. If I could give 10 stars I would. Both my nurse and doctor were so patient and answered all my questions and asked all the right questions. I felt so taken care of and this was truly the first time in my 37 years I had a gyn that made me feel this way. My doctor was Dr. Danielle Rice for anyone else searching for an absolute calming and caring experience.

Been on hold 22 minutes to schedule follow up appointment with a pain management doctor. After 22 minutes, I was offered an appointment for physical therapy. Considering I just completed the prescribed amount of physical therapy and that I asked for a follow up with the pain management doctor, I think some more training and listening skills are in order for the staff making appointments.

I have been looking for a new office for my Gyno and I have finally found it. Fast and easy check in process. I saw Mrs. Rice she was wonder full and very informative answered all my questions. Defiantly going back to her and this office.

Don’t make appointment at this location. No one answers the phone if you need to reach your provider’s coordinator. They don’t answer calls even from their own appointment center. Besides, the staff is very, VERY SLOW. I was running late to my appointment and it took them 20 MINUTES to tell me that I needed to make a new appointment.

They were excellent in every way. I was very nervous coming in but after speaking to everyone I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend

Had some issues with insurance on the insurance company side of things, Jonathan V was an excellent resource for navigating the issue and explaining the follow up. Overall excellent service from him even if the medical service in question was unable to be performed.

I Loved the service from my Surgeon. However, this review is for INCOMPETENCE of the ADMINISTRATIVE staff.
Almost impossible to reach them by phone.

When you do get someone on the phone they play hot potato with you until you're disconnected.

If you want to schedule a call back, the wait is currently nearly 3 weeks out.

I recently had the unfortunate need of CC’s urgent care. When I arrived I was treated respectfully and kindly. I had to wait from 10: 00 am until after 1 to see the doctor. I didn’t expect to have to wait that long but I did. There was an emergency situation that morning and this caused a delay for everybody. When I was seen by the practitioner, I was given an apology, treated without being rushed and received a clear explanation to aid in my problem of extreme pain. We want immediate in our belief of entitlement, but that’s not always possible. I think also about the changes in CC since I started coming to the clinic and the care received varies. But I have options if I don’t get what I want. When I stopped getting what I feel meets my standards I’ll find somewhere else to go. But the doctors, practitioners, nurses, and other clinical teams who are caring and have helped me heal, outweigh those who don’t give the quality of care we deserve. By the way thank you Marco. Very disappointed, bad service, appointments are delayed by 2 hours and more, the specialists do not review the patient and do not provide information

This is the second time somehow I end up at a doctors appointment with Cleveland. This time I had my wife ensure that they were a doctors office that could draw blood and of course I get there and they’re not. I’m pretty confident this is one of the worst establishments in Coral Springs maybe even Florida stay away from them go to Broward health

The reception desk (first floor) is the worst ever you can deal with at any Cleveland clinic location and I'vs been to more then 10 locations between Ohio, Florida and Abu Dhabi.
They are just rude and make you feel unwelcome.

Updated to 1 star: I call at 450 on 3-20, the representative told me they would connect me to the endocrinology department, i asked them why can't they just schedule me on their end, then they hung up on me

I went and saw dr dominiguez.despite her being nice, she really didn't know what she was talking about or how to treat my condition which she should have known how to as an ent. Scheduling things there is a nightmare too. I don't suggest going

So far so good for my first time here. Nice and modern facility and the nurses and doctors were super friendly to the point where I felt I was being treated like a friend to them rather than some random stranger/patient. I love the check in kiosks they have which direct you which floor to go to.

What a great tech Leslie is in the Mammogram dept. I will definitely be back to this location and hope it will always be like this. She is gentle fast and kind which helps with these types of tests! Thank you
