Mother in law just had knee surgery…. This place disgusting and filthy…nurses let her lay in her urine…looking into state or attorney’s help just not right…worse then lee county jail (marcenio motel) …. Just horrible
The rehabilitation center is extremely dirty. The center staff is very rude. The patient's bed was broken.
My Brother was placed here after being in the hospital for 1 week

This place is awful
Very run down. Being out of state, I would call and never get anyone to answer the phone. In the off chance I did, I was treated like a bother. When I flew down, staff broke OHSA laws by not having a full wheelchair and I was told “she will be fine, just put one leg across the other”. I was also told when I asked to arrange for transport to the car “you can do it yourself by the social care case worker”. Then, when we moved mom to a better facility and needed the paperwork, we were given another patients records (a HIPPA violation). I was told “it happens”. When confronted that this isn’t ok, they were very defensive and rude. Please don’t place your loved one in this location! The only kind person was the manager after I demanded a meeting and the receptionist. Ridiculous treatment of patients and family members
Don't know anything about diabetes here I'm trying to get better and I am getting more sick. I'm going to be in hospital again no food no drink I need help Get me out of here
Sadly, many of the aides have very low performance ratings. My friend frequently can't reach his call button. When he calls, often no body comes.
