Anytime I have a issue with my apartment the maintenance guy Michael fixes everything in no time, he doesn’t hesitate to come when it’s urgent. One time he was not working and I had a bad AC problem, it was very hot and he came, fixing it asap. Definitely a good person along with the other maintenance guys.

I love living here! I’ve come in contact with several staff in the front office: Pam, Arleesha, Henry and maintenance: Ray, Mike, etc and they are all very professional and courteous. I have a upgraded unit so it’s basically brand new everything. Very nice! The only con I have is they don’t have assigned parking spaces so sometimes you have to park far away from your building because it’s no parking spaces available. If parking was better I would definitely give 5 stars.

DO NOT waste your time with this place. Had a/c issues almost once a month and was NEVER given a valet trash can when I signed my lease now they are trying to keep my deposit although THERE WAS NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO THE UNIT! Charges me for carpet replacement as if that’s not a part of turning over a unit. Parking is horrible and it is not as advertised

This is my 3rd lease here at Coral Vista "Luxury" Apartments and I would have to admit that it was the best decision. Leaving private owners and going back to a corporate entity was the best decision. Staff is responsive, the grounds are maintained, and other than a few issues with my A/C, I have not had any issues. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star is because there is nothing "luxurious" about the community as the name states. It's pretty standard stuff you get a major apartment communities.

Coral Vista Luxury apartments by far are the best rental property in Tamarac. The Assistant Manager Pamela always greeted you with a smile and treated you with respect and you know that’s hard to find these days. She is very attentive and very punctual to your request on the property. Henry is another team member that hardworking and cater to you as well. I was searching for a safe, clean, quiet and family friendly environment community to grow old in and I can truly say thank you Coral Vista I found my home here️

We moved in 2months ago and found the administrative and maintenance staff to be professional and helpful
Any issues we had to make our move easy was dealt with promptly

My experience by far as been great, it’s a very quite and peaceful community. Lots of parking space and good neighbors. I like that they pick up the trash from your front door throughout the week. There is no trash laying around and the lawns are well maintained. Very friendly and professional staff, the few times I went in the office the guy at the front desk always greets me and ready to help. Pamela was wonderful during the moving process from beginning to end. Everything was done within a day or two. Overall my experience is just what I expected when I decided this is the community I wanted to lease from. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to relocate.

This place is an absolute joke; their lack of customer service.lack of communication, lack of concerns for residents / past and present is appalling! I decided not to renew my lease and notified the management office. After doing so, one young man from the office reached out to me "Dave" and asked why i am moving; what can we do to make it better. I advised Dave via email that I had constantly complained about the light by the entrance of my apartment not working doesn't sit well with me because of safety reasons for a woman living alone especially; young men walking around with sagging pants smoking marijuana late at night; and just loitering in general, and not to mention all the cars and tire thefts! YES, tire thefts, this is a real thing people, so many residents wake up to see their car's on bricks.i suggested to Dave that management should at least have police details at night to make residents feel more safe and secure especially if there is a price increase on rent, why not improve living conditions. To my dismay, he did not respond. Once i went in to turn in my key i advised Dave that considering the office is closed on Sunday, I am turning in my key on Saturday to avoid being charged for a day extra, at no point did he tell me this is unacceptable; he instead had the audacity to ask me why i am moving. AGAIN! I advised Dave to make reference to my email which he ignored, his response was "Well we can't change the price" AS IF I ASKED FOR A PRICE REDUCTION! WHAT AN INSULT! Now that i have moved I get a bill in the mail charging me for one day early move out.so its like if i moved out a day early, its a problem and if i gave them the key a day later after the move out date still a problem. Not only that but they came up with a ridiculous amount for water charges when from my past bills I typically pay half that amount! The nerve of these people. It's just sad. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN zero STARS BUT IT WOULD'NT HAVE ALLOWED ME TO POST IF I DIDN'T GIVE A STAR.

1 MONTH TILL MY LEASE IS UP I CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE THIS morning two cars were left on bricks. Never any parking spots available. This place is a JOKE!

I am actually upset that I even have to give this place a star. Absolutely terrible, the management doesnt care about you what so ever. They are just the worst customer service.old appliances and dealing with management to get them replaced is a complete nightmare. Lincoln property should do better at managing their property.

I have lived at coral vista for over 2 years I never had a bad experience at coral vista. They have an awesome staff Pamela is an awesome person very helpful and understanding, Jessica was a great person very understanding, Bianca was a great person, and Arlesha is a great person.and all the maintenance worker are awesome and very helpful very nice set of staff. ️

Bad. Bad. BAD! RENT ELSEWHERE! I CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE!

The front desk staff does nothing. My up stairs neighbors have been stomping around sliding doors and so on for months and nothing is ever done about it. I hate it here so much I can't even relax!

Please, whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR A YEAR, EVERY DAY!

I came in last Friday to search for an apartment at Coral Vista. The process was pretty straight-forward and easy thanks to the assistance of Pamela. She really took the initiative and was delighted to provide me with the answers to my numerous questions. She was super nice and kind but because of time constraints I was not able to see an apartment.

I was approved to move in and going over all that was agreed to, I was given a "monkey in the middle" treatment where I was promised 1 thing but was told I'd get the next

I was told by Dave I would have no carpet except for the bedrooms, then Told me I'm going to have carpet throughout and would have to pay 100 extra a month when moving in to have carpet removed.

Then to add insult to my dissatisfaction, all this happens and they want me to not be refunded the money I paid for their errant administrative practices.

I had everything set to move and four days prior to moving i found this information out.

I found this information cause i stop by the apartment early in the morning and saw it had carpet in.
I called spoke to Dave to verify that i only has carpet in the room and he said yes.

Then received a call from Pamela and she told the apartment has full carpet. I was like that is not what i asked for.
I spoke to Dave several times prior to me moving to confirm what i wanted.
Then Dave acts like he never spoke to me. I will be contacted corp for my money.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX. BAD TREATMENT FROM JUMP.
