Corbett's Mobile Home Center, Live Oak FL

Buying this home was a very long process. We tried three other mobile home companies, and none of them were willing to work with us. Ironically, my grandparents bought a home from Corbett's about twenty years ago. When we met the staff here, we were shown all the available homes on the lot and were helped with the process the whole way through. Brooke and Ashley helped me when the process was halted by manufacturing issues. Although this was completely out of their hands and they couldn't do anything, they gave me all the information I needed and always updated. Katlin was also a huge help to us. She was always available to take our calls and help us with any concerns. This is a business filled with kind people that actually want to help you. I can never thank them enough.

I would under no circumstances buy a home from this dealer quality mobile homes horrible dealer. Once you close the loan they will forget who you even are. No customer service what so ever, Not one deadline set by them was ever met still awaiting for the house to be cleaned and the punch out list to be addressed.

Excellent service. Everytime I walk in, i'm greeted like family. Wayne, Kenneth, or Chris are always there to help at the parts counter! From metal strap and anchors, to pvc fittings, Corbett's has it all! Excellent one stop shop for all your needs!

Stopped by to view homes and the sales team was very knowledgeable. We’re from Jax trying to move into the country and we’ve been shopping around but Corbetts stands out. After going over paperwork (I took the time to read as they were patient) I see some of these reviews are people who did not read. They are family owned and it shows!

We stopped in on a chilly day an bought some metal stairs an they put them in the bed of my pickup truck an we drove them to the settlement.
