Cordoba Orthodontics, Lake Mary FL

We are paying 6,250 dollars for 27 months of treatment. Guess, our money isn't good enough for the arrogant person at the front desk (Aubrey).
This place seems overpriced and I'm pretty confident there are more competent and better-value options in Orlando. If you have a choice, take it and avoid this orthodontist office.

Extremely disappointed! Paid upfront for my Invisaling treatment which I highly discouraged anyone to do because afterwards they never had availability and if they did was 3 months away or in a different office. Lisa lied multiple times about scheduling, had to pay cancelations fees to reschedule then I was abruptly removed from the practice without notice which she also lied about sending a notice with verified signature during a time which I was out of the country, assures it was “signed” all while continuing to bill my insurance monthly for office visits which I never attended! I am filing a grievance with my insurance. Do not EVER pay upfront even if the discount saves you a lot of money! Waste of time, loss of money and now having to find someone else to finish my treatment and possibly not being covered again.

There is A LOT of false information at this place. Different people tell you different things. Different Customers are treated differently. In one day we were told 3 different things! Lisa was horrible to deal with. We were looking to spend thousands of dollars, don't do it here if you want to be treated with respect and dignity. Poor customer service! These unethical practices are not inconjuction with BBB standards. With so many offices out there, you can find a much better place to spend your money!

Both of my kiddos needed to get their braces on this year! They offer very good payment plans to accommodate individual family finances. They have more than one location. This makes it lots easier when you need to schedule an appointment for a certain day. The staff and Doctor are super friendly and always attend to the kiddos needs. I also love how they have walked us through and explained each step of the process to us! Thank you for taking such great care of my kiddos teeth!

Dr. Cordova is very meticulous about the work that he does. He has done a great job on other family members and was highly recommended. He takes the time to listen to what your goals are. His staff is very friendly also!

Dr Cordoba and his staff are absolutely amazing! Very professional but also compassionate towards their patients, especially super nervous young people and their fledgling braces journey. We highly recommend Dr Cordoba and crew for all orthodontic needs!

We were referred to this orthodontist by our local dentist for our preteen daughter. At my initial visit (before COVID), my daughter was still too young and had some baby teeth left, so they told us we would need to do two phases/rounds of braces = double the $$? ! So I decided to wait until all her adult teeth came in and give them another shot for an evaluation 3 years after. The staff gave me a bad vibe each time. (Barely any smiles or eye contact, very little explanation of the entire process, visits, cleaning procedures, frequency of visits, etc.) We felt like just another number again and my motherly instincts kept telling me to try somewhere else, and I'm GLAD I DID!
The new location had a treatment cost for the same rate HOWEVER, actually applied my proper insurance coverage as a contracted rate! Cordoba never told me if we were out of network or what not. But at this new location, our same coverage is saving us over $1,500!
Mother's, trust your instincts!

The office was clean, nicely organized, and welcoming. The staff was so welcoming and informative. We did not have to wait long at all. The information provided was easy to understand and helpful. We are so glad we were referred by Dr White!

The staff and Dr. Cordoba is always very professional and so nice. They are very patient and honest and give quality care. Two of my three kids have been going here and will continue coming when my third child is ready.
