I've been a patient of Dr French and Natalie Toth for 20 years. I reccomend all my friends and family to them. They are both experienced, caring and compassionate. I don't have a problem getting last minute appointments and I never wait more than 10 minutes past appointments to be seen. I have not had any issues with billing. My copay and yearly office fee are always made clear in advance of appointments.

Terrible experience Dr. French is very unprofessional! I am switching to a new doctor due to her prices and fees. I am also a diabetic. I asked for a refill on my medication because I don’t go see my new doctor until later this month. You would think she would give me a refill until I go see my new doctor, but no she told me she wouldn’t, even though the medications I take are imperative to my health. She told me to go to an urgent care if I need medicine before my new doctor’s appointment. I am shocked and appalled to hear her deny medicine to a diabetic, so that should say a lot about her work ethic and how she cares about her patients and she has terrible bed side manner. POC BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!

If you are someone that is taking any type of mental health medication and you want to or plan to get pregnant do not go here. They will push their personal beliefs on you to get off of your medicine no matter how far along you are and even after your OBGYN has giving you the okay to continue to take your prescribed medication. The practice of medicine is about the health an wellness of the patient not the personal morals and beliefs of the doctor.
