Been calling for two days and no one is answering the phone? That’s very frustrating when you are trying to ask about their availability.

We absolutely love Cordova regency! Erik is amazing and is always there to help answer any questions we have. He’s so energetic and friendly and just over all welcoming! Antoine is always helping when we need assistance in the apartment and is the sweetest! Highly recommend!

My wife and I lived here for just over a year. We moved because we just bought a home. Eric, the Property Manager, was always friendly and helpful. He worked with us concerning a last -minute lease extension, and he made a stressful situation easier for us. Our apartment was super quiet. We never heard our neighbors above us. The maintenance team was responsive and efficient. The location is amazing.

The previous owners and management were wonderful. Currently the dryers don't work. The light in my kitchen doesn't work and they won't replace it because they don't have any. Pool has been green and closed all summer. Air conditioner is 46 years old and is always freezing up or plain not working. Neighbor has had his not working for weeks; and it's August in Florida. Others have had their's out all winter. Previous owners hired 3 maintenance people, current manager hires one. Broken window with jagged glass hasn't been replaced in the building nextdoor for months, and that's dangerous. Don't live here. I can't wait for my lease to be up.

Erik was very helpful Monday when I called to get unit prices and sizes of the units. The tour I took today was wonderful. Beautiful property, excited to see if I get approved there.

Staff is somewhat friendly, pool and
maintenance are a struggle, hasn't been totally updated in 50yrs.and are now taken over by a different company that rents per income.so that tells you everything you need to know

During three years, I have watched this beautiful complex go so far downhill. The manager we encountered at the pool while visiting family told them 2 visitors max at the pool, while he? She? Had two visitors of their own. Why not focus on the rusted metal at the playground next to the laundry center? Sad to see this decline.

Outdated property that has huge infrastructure issues.

They frequently had to shut the water off to the whole complex to fix leaks in their main lines. But the fixes never lasted. We had our water shutoff there for "emergencies" more times in 6 months than all the last 6 years we've rented other places. They are updating the surfaces like floors and countertops, but underneath all that it's a time bomb waiting to go off and shut your water off for hours. Sometimes Overnight!

I am a current renter, paying over $1,000 a month for a 1 bedroom. This is my view as soon as I walk out of my apartment, this is not a one time occurrence, it is every week!

The worst! Look elsewhere you will be better off. The apartments are old as hell and barely maintained if that.

When I first moved in I was stretching in my living room and happen to look at my sliding glass doors to see a gap between the floor and door… See pictures. Also, be prepared to see huge palmetto bugs randomly in your apartment. The washer and dryers on site barely work! If you do decide to reside at this apartment complex go for the second floor and save yourself the headache. I understand that noise is inevitable at apartment complexes but Ive heard loud creaking floors all day and night and raised concerns with no solution.
