SCAM! Please make sure you ask all the questions you have before getting the solar panels. When they get installed, you will still have to continue paying for FPL until the panels gain energy (and this may take a while- I'm starting to think it may even take a year at this point). Unfortunately, I was not aware of this and I have been stuck paying for both FPL and the solar panels for over 5 months now. I am paying over $800 monthly to cover these expenses and I just want to make sure that if you're in a situation where you can't pay both, that this does not happen to you because you will be stuck. They also don't give you any straightforward answers. They initially tell you that whatever questions or concerns you have, to contact them, that they will be available to help you, yet, they never answer you. The person who sells to you gets all friendly and personal and makes you believe they will help you when you need them but this is not the case. They ignore you and just transfer you to someone else- putting the blame on others. Make sure you do your research before you get involved with this company! This is your warning.

After 4 long months dealing with Core Enrgy I still no having everything that is in the contract done.
They told me about two evostella for the air conditioning installed in March (still waiting). The App for the panels Still waiting.
This is unbelievable. Is been a constant battle to get the things done with this company.

AVOID at ALL costs. This should be 0 stars but will not let me select 0. They installed the panels immediately (Juanuary) but did not turn on until mid May. They do NOT answer phone, you can't even email them you have to use text message and rarely respond. I am stuck paying 2 bills (current electric bill AND non-working solar panel loan). They STILL have not reimbursed me and still hounding them to. Be prepared to double your bill for months until they flip on. They do NOT tell you this can happen. This is the most frustrating process I have had to deal with outside of military paper pushing.

Peter was super helpful in explaining Solar to me and my husband. We could not be been happier with our decision to go solar with him and Core Energy Solar.
