Cork Soakers Deck & Wine Bar, Cape Coral FL

My experience here was far from good. I have never been so disappointed in service! First, I am not a picky customer and I always give credit where credit is due. I have the utmost respect for business owners and servers. Unfortunately, I cannot say one good thing about this place. I ordered the tomato salad the tomatoes were not ripe so I was not able to enjoy it. I told the server and she smirked sarcastically said sorry and acted as if I was trying to get something for free. I was not offered anything else. My husband made a comment about his meal and the servers snapped at him saying that he "ate it" HE MADE A COMMENT NOT A COMPLAINT. When my bill came I politely asked for it to be taken off. I was told "I already let the manager know this table would be a problem and the plates were cleared so. " When the manage/owner Mr. Mulroy came to our table he had a terrible attitude raised his voice so loud that the tables outside watched the show. He proceeded to tell me he would not argue with me that he did not "grow the tomatoes" In my opinion, he was the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen and I would not have given this place any stars if it let me. Please let me add I had family in from out of town that had to witness this, extremely disappointing!

They were busy bartender was also waitress for our area she was trying so hard we felt bad for her some of our food was cold when we got it

Went for lunch. Nice burger and the deviled eggs were wonderful. We will try their Sunday brunch soon.

This placed was packed, they still were able to get a meals out quickly. Once we got seated the service was excellent. The key lime pie was awesome.

Dancing in the Streets Wednesday is so much fun. Lots of people but the staff here handle it like pros.

Fun local hangout. Good food and large portions. Fun atmosphere. Live music with a dancing area. Get there early or you won't get a table on live music nights. But folks set up lawn chairs on sidewalk outside restaurant to listen, dance, etc. Love that the City of Cape Coral is OK with that. Tells me it's a customer and tourist friendly town!

3 bartenders and not 1 of them acknowledge my friend and I. They were only six other patrons at that bar no reason for your facility to have people like this working for you. Worst place ever that I’ve been to in Cape Coral and will never go back there, terrible service and would really hate to see how they act when they are busy….

We went to ladies night last night, February 25,2022. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Drinks fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Sunday morning and they couldn't or wouldn't serve anyone coffee the entire time we were there as they claimed to have no coffee cups. NOBODY got coffee. Corned beef hash with no potato in it, just rough chopped fatty corned beef. No toast with the egg dish. Absolutely surreal.

Great environment. Food was very good even though the menu was limited.it turned out extremely well. Staff was great and we sat on the patio with live music and really had a relaxing night. I would definately recommend this for someone who isnt too picky about what they have to eat but looking for a place to chill and have a few drinks and a small bite. The bacon bicuits thingys were a must have! Everything we ate was great!

I wanted to give 4 stars because of the service but the food was absolutely amazing! We just ate their tonight. I got the bacon brie handheld and my husband had the braised short ribs. Both tasted superb. However our server Danielle was not exactly on point. Before she even asked if we wanted dessert she brought us our bill. We were excited to try dessert but we felt as if we were being pushed out. Besides that our dinner was fantastic.

Back for a second visit. Had yummy salads for lunch and an amazing mango mojito. Tonight is live music on the patio with lots of loud fun. Highly recommended

Worst customer service experience we have ever had. We submitted an online order and afterwards I called to add an item to our already $150 order. I was immediately told that three items I ordered were no longer on the menu and that my order was being canceled. I called back to speak to the manager and was told that he was the owner and he canceled my order because three items that I requested were no longer on the menu. I then asked him why he didn’t offer me the option to change out those items and his response was, and I quote, “I didn’t want to”. Never in my life has anybody who owns a business has ever talked to me like this. My wife called after my call to speak with the manager and he said and again, I quote, “I am the owner, my name is Bob Mardee (sp) and we are busy as hell and not doing to-go orders”. We love small businesses and try to spend our money with small businesses every chance we get, but we will never spend a penny of our hard earned money in this establishment the rest of our lives and we will definitely tell everybody that we know to not spend any money here either.

Our bartender Jason poured three quarters of a martini into my girlfriends glass then poured the rest into a rock glass and gave it to his girl at the end of the bar right in front of us. Fix this ASAP please. The short ribs were yummy.

Meagan is the best. She's so personable and takes great care of us every time we come here. Food is delicious and kitchen pays attention to my food allergies really well!

We really enjoyed our visit here. They have a lovely outdoor patio and bar as well as seating inside. The place was clean, the food was good, as was the service. Prices for everything was very reasonable. They have a good selection of wine, beer, and other drinks, so there is something there for everyone. I would have liked to see more wines offered by the glass as that selection was kind of limited. Also, when we asked our waitress about the wine, she wasn't very knowledgeable about the different wines they were serving. That was kind of disappointing since they are a wine bar. But she did bring us a couple of samples of the wine we had questions on. Overall a great place that I would recommend visiting!

Outdoor seating tables were close together and it was really loud just from all the customers talking. (2/5)

The little blond bartender at the front bar needs more training. She messed up our order and then picked a fight with a person with our group. Her behavior was totally uncalled for. Who wants to be treated this way? I don't even know why she was treating us so horribly. It completely ruined a good time. She took her bad mood out on her customers. Food was mediocre and the fries were soggy. Yuk!
