Went for Independence Day Ordered the ribs they were excellent However serving raw potatoes in potato salad is a rookie mistake! 4 people at the table agreed it was under cooked and nasty Service was great! Drinks great! I suggest training the kitchen

We had planned to visit the Garlic for our anniversary dinner, however, as they did not open till 4 and we were warned about wait times, we thankfully found this gem. Atmosphere, food, service, all a 10+. We can't wait to go back and try more menu options. We had the Mahi key lime sandwich and it was outstanding! Our server Brady couldn't have done a better job, she made our celebration feel very special!

My wife and I had dinner at your restaurant and were very impressed and pleased with everything.additionally Carly was extremely nice and helpful and I must include the jalapeño/pineapple cornbread is just incredible! Thank you!

We recently dined at The Corkscrew and were so impressed by everything it had to offer. From beginning to end, the experience was amazing! We absolutely love the Swamp Pasta and highly recommend it! The highlight of our experience was Lizmari, though! When we first got a table it was in the middle of the bar area and she immediately recognized my anxiety about the location and personally cleared off a hi-top closer to the wall for us. I was so grateful as I would not have said anything. Her attentiveness to our needs was on point! She was the nicest, most professional, young woman. She is a great asset to your establishment! We will keep coming back aver and over!

Food was good. I had the swamp pasta. The atmosphere was ok, kinda loud. The service was only decent at best. Our lady server, didn’t seem to be a southern girl, clearly took our order of appetizers which never showed up. Our water glasses went dry for some time while our server was busy all over the restaurant with other tables. She seem flippant about the appetizers and offered to make it up if we ordered dessert. She was overall inattentive and busy elsewhere. A simple heartfelt apology & or explanation about the appetizers, a coupon, or lessening of our check, and greater attentiveness would have helped herself out by 15 to 20%. Fortunately, there are plenty of other places to spend my tourist dollars when my family vacations here each summer like we have for 60 years.

I love this restaurant. We have eaten there several times and every time is great. Our most recent visit was a few days ago with me, my husband and my dog. Yes, they are very dog friendly and lots of people had dogs on the patio.

I had the skillet mac & cheese which was delicious. It is corkscrew pasta with sauteed shrimp, mushrooms and pork belly in a cheese sauce. My husband had the Mali sandwich. I also had a skinny margarita which was on special fro $6. Regular margaritas were $5.

I think what really made the night was our server Jonathan. He was absolutely fantastic. He knew everything about the menu so could answer any questions and he was very attentive.

I highly recommend this place is you're in NSB.

Pretty place. Service was decent. Shrimp & Grits was good. My birthday fell on a holiday so sadly we didn't get to experience the full menu. Will return to try. If they have the sweet potato cheesecake on your visit, ORDER IT.
Note: Large parties are seated at a very narrow table or long booth. We didn't particularly enjoy this (many members of our group are regular people sized), so we will stick to parties of 4 or less for this location.

Dined there over the past weekend and sat outside the atmosphere was great the two servers a guy and girl were fantastic very attentive, as appetizers I ordered the ahi tuna and it was AMAZING loved it, my boyfriend ordered the gator bites he told me they were one of the best gator bites he’s ever had! For out entrees I had the filet and he got the salmon. Both came out great timing cooked perfectly and the presentation was spot on.the asparagus was huge and cooked to perfection. The glaze on the salmon was a little piece of heaven. I tried the margarita and it was so good. Highly recommend this place for a nice evening out. Thank you so much for making it a memorable first experience at your establishment!

Overall not a very good experience. Our waitress was pretty bad. Was not attentive at all. The guacamole was incredibly bland, chips were broken in pieces, like they were just thrown on the plate without care. The grouper sandwich was very salty. We also got the $5 margaritas, which were good.

Service is good and drinks are fine.but the quality and quantity of food for the price is absolutely ridiculous. My “lunch special” was $25 for 10 tiny fish bites and a bun. My husband had the chicken tenders, $12 for 4 tiny nuggets. Don’t waste your money here!

Our first meal in NSB and it was great. How can you vary a simple burger? They found a way. Their unique blend of meats for their patties was incredible. And cooked exactly how I asked. Great fries. Excellent homemade berry tort for dessert.

Wife had the Swamp pasta and it was excellent also. I had her leftovers the next day and was very good.

Server Rebecca was friendly and attentive. We didn't feel like tourists. Seemed like we were regulars.

I eat there the first time a few weeks back, had my dad in town from the UK. Usually go NSB brewing company for a few but thought we'd try this place.then main outside area had a private event so was a little dissapointed we couldnt sit outside but managed to get a seat at the outside bar where Stella looked after us. Service was really good and the food was brill. I read the burgers were great and was not dissapointed. Wasnt too pricey for the area. I am sure we will be back!

I had the guacamole to start which was not good and served with stale chips. The Mahi, however, was fantastic and I got it with spinach and mashed potatoes, both of which were excellent. The strawberry mock mule was also good. Fun atmosphere, good service. Overall nice experience.

We absolutely loved this place. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Jonathan, our server, was so helpful and kind. The prices are a bit higher, but you get what you pay for. This is our new favorite date night spot.

My wife and I chose this place for our date night and we were very pleased that we did. We loved the atmosphere and the food and drinks were great. Our server Marie was on point the whole time we were there. The wait time was a little longer than quoted but the food and service were worth it.

Excellent food and service. The staff was super knowledgeable about the menu as well as allergens in the food for those with intolerances, preferences. Cory was a fantastic server, very attentive with a great attitude. The atmosphere seemed that everyone was happy to be working there. I hope that means great leadership! Breath of fresh air! Service was phenomenal, I just want to say that to start on a high note. Seated fast, attentive waitress, good atmosphere etc. The rating is entirely due to the quality of food. I could care less about the atmosphere of a restaurant, I’m there to eat. I actually typically steer away from pretentious looking places such as corkscrew.

I had the Ribeye. The $36 Ribeye. For that price I was expecting something a step up from the rest. I was expecting to be delighted with absolute amazing flavor. I wasn’t. I saw that it only had a shallot Demi glaze and I was skeptical at first but figured due to the air about the restaurant, prices and presentation photos on their website (albeit a very poorly made website to boot. The photos on the menu half way through stop naming what the photos are of and leave you guessing) that it was going to be good none the less. It wasn’t. I was reaching for the salt and pepper immediately to add flavor to this slab of meat. Very disappointing.

I think an improvement is overdue on their steaks. I wouldn’t recommend that menu item to anybody.

Service started out great, but then not so much. My husband's stuffed meatloaf sandwich was more like a Steak n Shake patty on a slice of toast. My fries that I ordered extra crispy weren't even cooked all the way through. I did have 3 that had a little crisp.
