Cornerstone Baptist Church reviews
8After many years of prayer and visiting SO MANY surrounding churches ~how thrilled we are to find Cornerstone Baptist! We just wish we had found it sooner, but God finally led us to the right church. The KJV Bible is read, singing hymns OUT OF THE HYMN BOOK as well as beautiful uplifting songs~so many children and young adults, Spirit filled Salvation messages with an open altar, a music haven with so many talented musicians! The friendliest church I have EVER attended. We felt like family the first time we went. Don’t tell me you need to have “so called Christian Rock” music to draw a church crowd. This is an old fashioned church that is growing and flourishing and the Gospel is being preached! We are so thankful for God leading us here.
Love this Church and it's Pastor and congregation! I've been in church's for over 40yrs. They are the most caring loving folks, you always feel like family.
If you're looking for a church that will welcome you like family, this is it.
The preaching is sound and everyone here is close knit and supports each other. Love this place!
Independent. Very traditional and full of talent. Families galore and active youth. Solid leadership, teaching, and preaching.
I attended a memorial service at this church for a friend who had passed away! I was very impressed with everyone I met and the Pastor had a wonderful service for the family and friends. If I didn't already have a church, I would most definitely go back to this one!
Awsome church. Just moved here from Pittsburgh recently and we were searching for a real church. Strong preacher, no watered down ear tickle sermons, friendly people. Glad to have found this church.
I've been looking for 25+ years for a church like the one I was raised in. So far, my three (maybe 4) visits to Cornerstone have been a welcomed change. Very reserved with fabulous preaching! It's nice to hold the hymnal in my hand and sing traditional hymns, listen to a choir sing without a bunch of fanfare and most of all to listen to a pastor preach the Word, from a physical Bible (Not a tablet), and preach it `straight-up`. A small church, but a powerful church.
