It says it can be accessed by the public but that’s not the case. It’s in a locked office basement. If you don’t have a key card you cannot get in. A woman who works there was kind enough to let me in as I had walked over 30 min to what I thought was a breakfast cafe. Extremely overpriced for basically hospital food. And of course no ambiance or seating or access to outside: Will never be doing that again. They should change their listing on Google to office building. Not right to be advertising as a public restaurant.
