If you need a home inspection, hire them! You wont regret it! They are very helpful and very attentive to details. My appointment was for 9: 00am and I was impressed by how early they showed up. Very happy with my home inspection results and the way they provided the report.

Amazing service! Alex was extremely professional and helpful, went above and beyond to answer our questions and the very detailed and thorough report was given to me within hours. Lots of pictures and well written descriptions of the reports, I really liked that the company offered different kinds of inspections. I would definitely hire them again and absolutely recommend!

I've seen several inspections over the decades and this was by far the best. Chris was very knowledgeable and experienced, and pointed out and explained to me the few issues that need addressing (which I already shared with my contractor). If I could rate Chris at more than 10 stars I would! Kudos!

I called Cornerstone Inspection to do an “eleven month” inspection on my new home. I’m so glad that I had them come out. Alex found some issues with my home that I would not have seen and I would not have even known that they were issues because I’m not a builder. Alex was very professional and he explained all the issues to me. I received my report that very same day. Cornerstone Inspection was great to work with. I truly wish that I would have hired them to do the inspection before I moved in.

I highly recommend Cornerstone Inspections. I am buying a house in Ocala and wanted it looked at. I was going to inspect myself as I have a lot of construction experience but decided on professional service as it would look better with a professional letterhead, and a report for future negotiation on price. I have to say John Santa (General Manager) did an awesome job. He found things I would not have found. Extremely detailed report with pictures and videos (136 pages). He was able to clarify in layman terms the issues that needed to be addressed and the ones that were DIY. Cornerstone also has a preferred vendor list you can ask for to help you get the right contractors for those issues you need to get addressed. Way better than just a Google search. These are vendors they have inspected work performed. I wouldn't by a house without calling this company. I will be using them for future inspections on the work I have done on the house to insure quality of work performed. Florida contractors do not have a great reputation so I will have the work looked at. Thank John Santa! Job well done!
