This is the second time Rob came back to my house and as always Rob Is very knowledgeable, came on time, respectful, most importantly answered all my questions. Rob is a good asset to the company.

Robert was on time, professional, and gave me all of our options regarding a quote for a new hot water heater including a tankless option. He made me feel comfortable About making a decision and was able to give us a reliable estimate in real time.

Came out for a plumbing leak on the outside of house. Was courteous, thorough and showed me where issues where. Investigated whole plumbing structure to understand how water softener, swimming pool fill line and irrigation was connected before presenting a solution.

Got an estimate. The tech was direct, knowledgeable and respectful. I receive the estimate by email a few minutes after he finished. I will decide who to use after all estimates.

Daniel and JP were my Installation Techs. They were very polite and professional, and did a very thorough job. They were delayed by hard rain and stayed well past when they should have left to complete the install, and cleaned up very well before they left. Daniel emailed me the receipt and Permit Inspection requirements with photos of the completed job. I also talked with Pam and Stephanie at the office, and they were very responsive and helpful, and called me back immediately with answers to my questions. My only regret is I got other written estimates only after I committed to Cornerstone, and some prices were better, but the company has a very good reputation and after speaking to the Service tech initially (Robert), he convinced me it would be beneficial, based on their track record, and experience. I trust they will not fail me in any way.

Good people, had a new electrical panel put on, they were reasonably priced, I had 5 quotes for it. They were the most professional and almost the cheapest, but at the end of the day I thought their plan was the best. Would recommend for electrical work, and I'll think about then next time I need anything done.
