We had been coming for almost two years to this facility. We had a prior speech therapist who worked well to meet the needs of our daughter and progression was shown. We then get a new therapist who deters from the progression being made and thinks we should be coming more times a week yet just a few months back they had eliminated the 2x a week schedule to only needing to be seen 1x a week because of progress. It started to feel as if they were looking for more things to add in in order to keep her here and it becoming a money grab situation. Meaning more times she comes more we can bill your insurance plus bill your student scholarship for co-pays.
Also new therapist sent a text reminding me of appointment and we were in the waiting room! Like we sat there for 15 minutes last appointment before I finally mentioned to front desk about our scheduled appointment time and could they mention to therapist we are waiting. I also gave in advance dates we would not be in attendance and could reschedule those on the 2nd of October. Just for therapy to send reminders the morning of and me once again saying we are out of town and verbally we reminded you the last appointment which you acknowledged. Just for me to respond to that text reminder and your facility hitting us with a no show. Basically if you don’t get anything in writing with these people they find a way to squeeze even more money out of families. This is the most expensive facility in the area compared to others. There is much better service providers and they see to it progression and not in it for the money and squeezing it out of you. We stayed way too long before I took a deep dive into prior billing paperwork and evaluation paperwork to see what was going on. Save your money and find people that are passionate about helping your child progress!

Both my ASD boys go here for OT, SP, and PT and I couldn't be happier with their progress. The staff Lexi SP, Payton SP Julie PT and Christi OT have been phenomenal with them and I have seen so much progress wonderful place wonderful staff highly recommend

Avoid at all costs! Crooked business, keep a close eye on how they bill your insurance! Cindy, the owner, was extremely rude and dismissive. If you have a child that goes here, I implore you to seek new services ASAP. They do not care about their patients all they want is your $$ and they will lie to your insurance company for it! Read your contract very carefully.
