Booked a load with them, our driver downloaded and was using their tracking app. The app lost signal, the broker Tyler, kept harrasing our driver thru text messaging, while driver was driving, telling him "you work for me.deliver my load son.you can call me dad! " very unprofessional, sent a screenshot of the messages to his manager, and never got a response back. I guess all that mattered was that their freight gets delivered on time, which it was.

Caleb Licht is always on top of it. He moves all of my freight and I have never had an email or call go unaswered for more than 30 seconds.
