Trying to get approval to move in to the community, but unable to get the HOA so we can get lender approval

I only looked from the outside, Sorry but I didn't like the 'Gray Color' on the outside of the buildings.it looks sad, gloomy and the grounds seemed small.it should look happier not sad! We are in Florida!

They have residents dealing drugs and they are aware but say they cant do anything about it, but they will tow your car or evict you in a second. Police reports don't lie.

The new menager, Ms. Kalina makes Sisyphean effort to clean up the mess left by previous menagers. The property has a new roof, it has been recently painted, the stairs in the back of the property have been slowly repaired and now, she's attacking the replacement of the rotted beams at the attachment of the balconies. She's definitely a doer and with the new HOA dedicated group and new maintenance men, we look forward to a great time. Let's give her all our support.

Vehicles are towed even though there is no proper signage from tow company or management (not legal) ; you can see rotten boards and structural damage throughout the condominiums. Plumbing is not sound and constantly needs attention. Board and management is more concerned about small things and not the things that matter the most. They want to jail the residents instead of keeping the grounds and buildings in order.

I lived in the condominium for 9 moth i am moving only because my son and my new job are in Brandon but cortez of carrollwood is a good place. Gigi the property manager I was sorprised every time when i write to her overnight and she answer in seconds and resolve the problem.she is looking for improved the place every day. She is the best.

I HAVE LIVED 7 YEARS IN THIS CONDOMINIUM, FOR 1 OF THE REASON I AM MOVING OUT. I GET TIRED OF SOME NEIGHBORS, 1 OF THE NEIGHBOR TOOK PICTURES OF ME, FEED THE DUCKS, BUT I DO NO UNDERSTAND HOW 1 OF THE BOARD PERSON (JANIS) FEED THE CAT. I WAS PARKING ON THE SIDE BECAUSE I WAS LOADING MY PERSONAL STUFF WHILE I WAS MOVING & GIGI THE MANAGER, INSTEAD OF APPROACHING TO ME, CALLED THE TRUCK COMPANY FOR MY CAR TO BE TOW AND SHE START TALKING WITH BAD ATTITUDE. I DO NOT REALLY RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO LIVE, I HEARD A LOT OF NEIGHBOR STORY NO HAPPY WITH GIGI AND THE ASSOCIATION. SOMETHING ELSE THE MAINTENANCE IS SO BAD.

I've lived here for 15 years. We have had a lot of managers and we've had our ups and downs. Now we have Gigi who makes it a better place. Shes been doing a lot of remodeling. If you have issues you can talk to her. She gets thing's done.her

The new manager Gigi is pretty nice. She listens to what people have to say an changes things that need to be changed.
