Cortland Jubilee Park, Orlando FL

I have been living here for just over 6 months. Overall my experience has been very good. The apartment is up to date with marble counter tops and new appliances. The building is well kept and the garage units are a great size which allows ample storage and enough space to easily open your car door when inside.

I originally had a 2 bedroom but once I found out my wife was pregnant we decided to move to a different floor plan. We were only in the first apartment for 2 months when we decided to move. The management office was very understanding and accommodating for our situation. Jesse from the management office was the leasing rep who assisted us with our move. He made the process seamless and did everything he could to make sure we had adequate time to complete our move.

Trash service is valet style and they stay on top of it well, meaning the trash rooms are kept clean and the cans are not ever overflowing.

Being close to the airport.
My wife an I used to fly almost every month when we first moved here which was a large determining factor for our move to the east side of Orlando. It is a $7 Uber to the airport from here which saves us the parking fees at the airport. Living here you do hear the planes, depending on the direction of the wind sometimes the planes will fly directly over the property. During the day this can be annoying but after around 8pm it is very rare to hear any planes taking off. Also depending on where your apartment is you may not hear any of the planes.

In conclusion, I have lived in a few apartments since moving to Orlando and have to say I am very pleased with the overall product from Jubilee Park. The maintenance staff if very well organized and friendly, the management office is always available and the property itself is well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone looking in the east Orlando area.

I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation and write a review for Valeria Rodriguez, I have family that currently reside at Cortland Jubilee Park and I cannot express enough how me and my family appreciate her, she is always so friendly, kind, caring and patient specially with my parents having a language barrier and not speaking the native language. Valeria is always willing to go above and beyond from the day we walked through the doors she made us feel like home and she is definitely the top reason we chose to have our parents make Jubilee their home besides it being a beautiful community. We recommend this community to all of our friends and family because it's such a great place to live. The maintenance staff is always so prompt whenever a work-order is requested and lets not forget the grounds and amenities are always kept up with. I have never taken the time to write a review but I feel like this is the least I can do for someone that deserves to be recognized for their hard work. Thank you Valeria for always being so sweet and welcoming and I hope Cortland realize what a great asset you are to their company!

I really enjoy living here especially for the excellent customer service. Valeria has an amazing treat for their customers. She made our transfer go very smoothly. Thank you Valeria. You are the best.

This rating is based solely on the level of service for office member Valerie R. She is always upbeat and very helpful with any issues we ever had. I am glad that Cortland kept her. The great service she provided is the only thing my husband and I will miss about this complex.

Ill give this place 3 stars for a couple reasons. First, I have now lived here for 2 and a half years now and every year my rent has increased by $100 bucks. Secondly, I have asked both management companies for a gate code because sometimes people forget their wallets at home or simply want food to be delivered. I still haven't received a gate code in 2 and a half years. On a good note, Maintenance staff is nice and I love having an attached garage on a 1 bedroom layout.

I love my apartment, everything is very clean. Nice place to live. Thank you Luis and Valerie for everything.

Management is terrible and definitely not Americans. All you hear are airplanes flying over all day and the buildings are not insulated so are very inefficient.

The place is beautiful and the amenities are great but the staff not so much. I lived there for a year in a 2 bedroom apartments. Parking can be difficult sometimes especially if you work late hours. Don't expect good customer service.

I believe that we are the first couple in the world, that began the process to move, without having seen the properties and the apartments, since my work didn’t allow it. From the first moment I communicated with the people in the office, they were all so kind, especially Fanny. She was an angel for us. She answered each of my 300 calls daily, LOL, with the same sweetness that characterizes it. When the day came to move, Fanny took us to see our apartment and I can assure you, that each of the facilities and each corner of my love nest, is exactly as Fanny and all her coworkers told me and as they show in the photos of the portal of Grandville at Jubilee Park. We are so pleased, so happy for this new opportunity to be part of such a beautiful place. Thank you, guys! ️

Lived here about a year ago and absolutely loved it! Great staff and events! Would have definitely renewed but our jobs had us relocated.

Great location, Beautiful property very Clean, Office staff and Maintenance are very friendly and kind. I do not regret living here at all its been a good experience.

I love living here great service and apartments are layed out nicely alot of storage the only buts are parking and yes you hear the planes from 6Am to 11pm.but for the price and gated clean well maintained property is a win.

This is the best apartments i've ever lived in, when we moved in the apartments were new and the prices were lower than they are now. There is absolutely no pest problem and they community is very beautiful, especially the lake. The staff is also very kind and helpful. The office and the apartments arebeautiful, me and my siblings used to hang out alot there. There is not even one issue i could think of. I would live my entire life here if I could, lol.

Honestly, apartments where nice but wow prices are crazy! Compared to other apartments in Waterford and even lake Nona. I wound not move there just because of that, plus in my visit there it didn’t seem safe enough. Good thing I read reviews I’m happy I didn’t bring my family to a place like this.

The type of people living there is not good, assaults, killings, looks like ghetto. They don't vet the people moving in. Sad cuz it's a nice looking place.

I was there for one year. The property is nice and clean. I always had the pleasure to deal mostly with Fanny in the office and she is awesome. Maintenance was pretty good at getting repairs done on a timely manner. Price is a bit high but the apartments are worth it.

This place at the beginning was so nice and has turned out like New York getto.

Poor management and a non thorough screening of applicants. Many tenants don't follow the rules including driving fast through the complex as there is no enforcement from management. Plus the pool is too small for as many tenants this complex can have. The airplane noise is loud. If you want to try it out as the complex looks nice and the location for shopping and freeway access is good, only sign the 7 months lease option.

They wanted $1400 for a one bedroom apartment they force you to take their add ons like a garage
Why would a tent a one bedroom apartment for $1400 when every other place charge you anywhere from $750-$900 No wonder it's almost empty there.
