Cortland Reunion, Kissimmee FL

Up until now I have no complaints about his apartment but yesterday I had gotten locked out of my apartment due to the indoor security lock that the locksmith even said is against code and when management finally came over they said that even if there was someone hurt on the inside and no one can get in that it is not their responsibility and is up to the tenants to figure it out as well as pay for something that is already against code wouldn’t recommend moving here management seems to not really care about residents and their safety but just about money as well as the maintenance team doesn’t really want to actually do their job and just want to lie and say they don’t have they equipment and you have to call an outside source

Miguel was extremely nice and more than willing to help. By far the best experience I’ve had looking for an apartment and in the Orlando/Kissimmee area in general! He was very easy to talk to and made the whole process easier to understand.

We moved here before this place was even called Cortland and we had loved it. When they switched over, everything went downhill. No one ever answered the phones once u move in. Your packages get stolen. The walls are super thin, you can hear everything and there's no such thing as quiet hours. When we finally decided to move i spent a week moving everything out to clean the kitchen/bathrooms and was STILL charged the cleaning fee. Also the carpets had to be replaced so i was charged for that too. We were told they would do an inspection before we moved out and that never happened. All in all, our total bill for moving out was $756.79. I'm not even sure why the carpets had to be replaced because no one ever ate or drank in the bedrooms so there was no damage. I even have proof of what the apartment looked like when we moved out. If you are moving soon, be ready to get charged a carpet replacement fee because they seem to just add that on. I was in love with the community until they stopped caring about the residents.

I love Cortland Reunion. I currently live in one of their beautiful townhomes and could not be happier! It is so quiet in my home and Miguel in the office is always quick to help. Definitely reccomend if your looking for a new home!

Lived at this property for almost 2 years. The communication from this property is extremely poor. Record keeping is lacking. We’ve moved out and cannot get our deposit back. Management refuses to communicate with residents. My suggestion is to not sign a lease here.

No one answers the phones once you move in. Beautiful place to live but the only way to speak to anyone is if you go up there and if you have a work schedule that doesn't allow you to get there when they're open, it's a HUGE inconvenience.

Cortland reunion i felt right at home since the day i moved in. Everyone is so sweet and friendly from the people at the office Brittany she made sure we understood everything before wanting to actually rent here, good Communicating skills. The maintenance crew Juan has been a big help with teaching me how to use the electronic devices in my apartment. I will definitely recommend any friends or family members to come live here.

As a resident of cortland Reunion I love living here! The location is close to everything you could possibly think of. The overall location of property makes it feel relaxed and peaceful. The pools and amenities feel like your at a resort. The smart home features are a great bonus. Overall me and my kids really enjoy living in this community.

Amazing place to be at, nice and quiet! When you walk in, instantly you are greeted with a smile and kind assistance. You can tell they genuinely want to help you and not just going through the routine! The manager Brittany is totally awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and her company to anyone!

Great experience working with Miguel. He answered all questions thoroughly and provided a very welcoming and positive experience.

Got a new job over the weekend and worked with Alex, Miguel and Brittany to get moved in very fast. Beautiful property and cool staff

This property is definitely one to remember! From the clean grounds to the beautiful/modern smart homes, Cortland Reunion makes me feel like I’m on a nice getaway. Nothing like coming home to a relaxing beautiful home with staff who are professional, friendly and attentive to your concerns. Should you ever need anything, Brittany the community manager and her team are immediately on the move to ensure your needs are met with a smile on their faces. I think it’s pretty cool that they even have a beautiful guest suite residents can rent for their guest when visiting instead of an expensive hotel! You’re not going to find a better place that has the perfect location in the greater Orlando area with a great price point!

Cortland Reunion is an amazing place to live. The staff works hard to deliver superior service and value for their residents each day. The resident experience manager, Alex, excels in going above and beyond for both current and future residents. She took her time to thoroughly explain each of the apartments that the property offers and helped me find the best one that fit my needs. She was even kind enough to take me on multiple tours to view various layouts so that I could see first hand what each apartment looks like. I am so fortunate that she was able to make my move-in experience pleasant and of extreme ease.

The property manager, Brittany, was also extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process and I would recommend anyone who is interested in leasing with Cortland Reunion to reach out to her with any questions or concerns. She knows the property inside and out and also goes above and beyond to make sure each current and future resident receives the best care possible. And don't even get me started on Juan.what a sweetheart. He is so kind and caring and makes you feel assured that your apartment will never go more than a couple hours at most without being in tip-top condition. As soon as something needs repair, Juan is there to fix it.

You truly feel like you're the only person who is leasing there when you visit Cortland Reunion. I would give this review 6 stars if that were possible!

My initial tour of the property was impressive! The Staff was so very cordial, In particular, Brittany.she is so very enthusiastic, she knew how and where to direct me according to what I was searching for.it’s very refreshing to meet people that knows what they’re talking about and puts on a smile while doing it! If you’re looking for your next home I definitely recommend this property!

Terrible place, they may tempt you with the renovated rooms but the workers don’t care for your life nor your kids life! Stay away from this place!
