Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café reviews
19Like the mobile ordering. Worked well. Gluten free bun on the burger was one of the best I've had. The angus burger was really very good. Setting was not wonderful but really very good.
This was the 2nd time I've eaten here and the food is always very tasty. The atmosphere is fantastic. They have things very streamlined to handle the amount of people and to try and make things easier with the limited capacity.
As of May 2021, the staff are so rude. They used to be friendly. Nope! I suspect that the Disney experience and magic doesn’t burn as bright these days. Not even a smile! So sad
Was sent to different line to pick up my order, then told to go to the original line by the lady at the register and had to wait 10 mins even though my food was ready and we followed directions
Have to mobile order. The qr code is posted outside. It was a very quick wait time and we got seats inside socially distanced. The food actually tasted good and there were a lot of fries. It's a nice place to relax
The food was great with excellent service from the staff and you can eat in comfortable while listening to music from a robot playing on a piano. You need to make reservations on the code provide on the sign as shown on the attach pictures. After I sent the order of food for 7 people it only took about 10 minutes to be given a purple signal with your order ready to pick up with the number to be lined up on when you go in.
The spicy chicken sandwich was good. Has some actual spice to it. The Impossible burger was dry and would be better with cheese. Had to add lots of mayo and mustard to put some moisture back in the burger. The show with Sonny Eclipse is fun and cute.
Nothing overly special, but a good option if you don't have reservations somewhere else.get the slushy, it's pretty darn good.
Make sure to use mobile ordering well before you plan to eat!
We got a foot long hot dog for two adults and two children under3
It came with fires
We did not need more
it had shade for the kids and music indoor not bad
Very expensive gas station food. All the condiments are in packets. My hamburger is one of those made in a microwave and not an actual grill.
So if you enjoy overpriced gas station food and really looking to get that gas station experience. Then this is the place for you
Pay $4 for a fountain drink and they won't give you a refill. This hasn't been an issue at any of the other Disney quick services. (I had a full meal and just wanted a drink refill.)
Good food and a nice place to take a break from the heat and crowds in MK. I got the chili cheese dog with a side of fries. The dog was good, but the fries were super delicious!
Dumbest place to eat at Disney have to do mobile order then they charge $4 for a pop with NO refills staff is very incompetent.
We got a foot long hotdog and an impossible burger. Hotdog was pretty decent, but my fiance said that impossible burger was just ok. There was plenty of available space to sit, multiple menu options and prices were reasonable too.
I feel like I've been robbed. Ive had better food at McDonald's. And I hate mcdonald's. We threw most of it away after paying a small fortune for it.
Absolutely amazing tasting themed burger! So fresh, juicy, and condiments galore. Looked great too! Wow! Truly wow experience. The cheeto and bacon Mac and cheese was phenomenal!
My nephew needed to take an emergency bathroom break while in tomorrow land. Staff would not let us into the restaurant and was very rude about it. This was all just to use the bathroom. Disappointing behavior.
I don’t know why the person below said the “vegan sandwich” (it’s a sloppy Joe) tastes like “vomit. ” My guess is they aren’t vegan. As a vegetarian (aspiring vegan) of nearly two decades, I can assure you this is a very good vegan item. Their vegan options get swapped out every now and then. Some are better than others. I enjoyed the falafel burger they used to have, but they had a veggie burger that tasted like cardboard. This current sloppy Joe is delicious, though. And my kids LOVE the creamy mac n cheese. All the quick service places at WDW basically offer the same side items, more or less. But cosmic rays offers fries as a side, and Pecos Bills does not (pecos bills is delicious, too, though), so my older kid likes it better. I love the ambience with the spacey jazz piano player. It’s a fun little stop in tomorrowland (albeit overpriced.but not enough to take a star away for) for a quick meal.
I've heard this place is one of the busiest restaurants in the country. I came in as soon as they open for the day. I decided to get the bacon cheese burger. It was Disney's typical burger. It tasted good but mine was luke warm at best. The staff couldn't have been any more friendly. You come here for Sunny as he sings songs and tells jokes. This is a great place to brings kids.
