CosmoProf, Pompano Beach FL

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cosmo Prof for almost a decade. Never in all my years have I experienced the rude treatment that I have today. I come to this particular location almost everyday as a busy salon professional. I’ve built great rapport with several of the ladies who work there, as I see them often. However, today I came in, greeted an employee and said I’m making a quick exchange. It was then that Cynthia, an apparent “new manager” followed me into the aisle and rudely asked that I leave my bag up front. Excuse me? Never in all my years have I been asked to do this…and rudely at that. I most definitely called corporate. This is not how a loyal customer should be treated. Several hundred dollars a month, I spend here. Very disappointing.

Always closed when they are supposed to be open. Inconvenient, tacky, unprofessional. Taking my business elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience. I worked at cosmoprof for a year and never had something like this happen. I went this morning to pick up a pack of gloves because I need them for my laser hair removal job. At 8: 40 the store was CLOSED even though they open at 8. There also was no sign on the door saying when they would be open or if they were closed for the day. A waste of a drive and morning!

My go to place for supplies, right by my work and the staff are always friendly!
