Very clean and informative staff. The new location is definitely more roomy and bright they're located kitty corner from the old location the same plaza right next to Bealls outlet

Theres some nice, knowledgeable employees there occasionally that are kind and know what theyre doing.but i came on a day they weren’t there, the only employee in the store was a woman who couldn’t answer our questions about dye/bleaching.told us to come back on a day when their colorists were in.why they would hire someone who can’t answer any and all questions about the craft they’re in is astonishing.as far as im aware, you have to be a licensed professional to work at cosmo prof.seems they may have done away with that rule.left having gained absolutely nothing.

I went late afternoon. Very sunny and very hot in the store because they do not have blinds. It was very hard to see the debit machine, I had to use a pamphlet to block the sun to see it. I'm not sure it is very good for the products to sit in the heat. The lady working was very kind and helpful.
