Haven't been to this location in years went today and what a big difference with the new management has improved the place alot

My friend is moving to this complex. They have new management and they are doing an awesome job. Nice units. Brenda was very helpful.

They management always tells you to call in to report things but they never answer the phone.

I live at Marina Isles in I building the reasons you don't want to live here, the fence behind H building has a hole in it and suspicious people use the hole to enter from parking lot very unsafe, by law management must provide a safe environment to live in this is not safe. Some security lights don't work it uncomfortable to walk from dark area to my apartment plus lights on walkway outside apartments don't work very unsafe could be a future lawsuit for safety. I pay rent on time and should not have to deal with my safety everyday. The office was notified but nothing has been done. Trash constantly on property trash all over who wants see that. I had a maintenance issue since I moved in and it still hasn't been fixed, they don't care they just want there money. Tenant have been told about improvement to property but nothing other than a playground has been done for improvement. The playground is missing benches. Someone needs to come over to Marina Isles and pick up trash and fix the lights. The office has been called about these issues but hasn't done anything. So save your money and somewhere more safer and more caring about there tenants.

I left this apartment complex only because one person she started out as the cleaning Lady at the time she tried to chock my son who is autistic I was always out with my child at all times and when she started working in the office over us residents I decided that my son and myself were no longer safe there and the manager and the other lady started spending romors about me lieing on me about my apartment when my lease came up I left my apartment and went homeless with my son I put a grievance on the cleaning Lady about what she did to my son. But now the manager is still telling lies on me about my apartment and telling everyone that I was evicted when I wasn't and I left on my own free will because I was afraid for my son's safety there but the manager that's still there is telling everyone that I still help there lies about me and that's just not right at all if she was no longer there and it was under new management and they excited section 8 again I would move back there in a heartbeat because the apartment complex is a great place to live I loved it there.

I mean the apartments are okay but my mom lives here and her AC has been broken since last early August. Yes, before new management, and we've had 4 repair men show up to "fix it", and then it proceeds to, what do you know; stop working like an hour after they get it to kick back on. Even now under new management, we had 2 repair men under the last and 2 under the new. We have a portable AC that barely does anything for the entire apartment and her bedroom is sweltering! She has 4 fans in there! 4! And you can still barely breathe it's so dang hot. Not to mention the kids room, and they have 3 fans. Oh and also the bugs, they supposedly have a pest control plan but no one ever comes by and she's signed up.

Edit to add: Maintenance man is a nice man though, works hard and does his best. Great guy, would give him a 4.0 easy but the apartments as a whole

So we have NEW owners who seem to be more interested in fixing the curb appeal! DON'T BE FOOLED! THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING! No air, roaches, RATS! It's not one bit their concern! Just pay rent and shut up! That's the way it works here!

Honestly believe this place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Not really sure how people are still even able to live here. Great, new management is taking over I hear. What are the plans to improve the complex, what changes are going to be implemented? New management hasn't communicated anything with the current tenants and is just leaving them in the unknown. I find it strange that no one knows anything and there isn't a number to this new management team taking over.
If someone can provide a phone number to whomever can answer questions regarding the changes coming I would greatly appreciate it.
