5I have been seeing Dr. Hutchinson for over 15 years. There was a misunderstanding regarding insurance. I made the appointment thinking they took Superior because Superior lists COSTCO on their website as a provider, but when I got to appointment, I was informed that they do no take this insurance. I had to cancel, but they informed me that they will charge my account the 30 dollars no show fee anyway. Because it was my fault, as he said his staff would not have made that mistake? I don't really understand what just happened, but it seems kinda unfair especially since I have been loyal patient for so many years.
Rude and short with customers over the phone. Hung up on me while attempting to gather information. Definitely independent Optometrist because they don't have the manners or customer service I am use to from Costco.
Dr. Hutchinson and staff were wonderful-Professional, efficient, and friendly. They went above and beyond where Covid-19 precautions are concerned which really put me at ease for my visit. Definitely recommend their services. Thank you-see you next year!

The Optometrist isn’t very friendly and he messed up my 2 son’s optical prescription.
