Costco Wholesale, Palm Beach Gardens FL

Customer svc dept really nice and helped me combine all 3 of my accounts. Haven't been giving this option in Seattle

I went there this morning at 8: 52 was told it was senior shopping until 920 which is totally fine with me came back at 9: 30 was told now I can’t go in until 945 because it’s still senior shopping so I called to ask and I was told 10 o’clock so now I was told three different times because apparently you guys do not know what time senior shopping is! It might be a good idea to actually put your hours of operation by your door especially for your senior shopping when you have to pay for your membership! So now I’m going to go spend my money at BJ’s because you guys can’t get your information right!

I’ve been a long time customer of Costco! Each time we visit this location there are employees in the apparel section. These employees provide what is intended to be good customer service. But, being asked “Can I help you? ”, or “What size do you need? ” over and over as I go from one section of apparel to the next turns out to be quite annoying. For me it “does not” make for a good shopping experience.

Three guys helped us stuff 2 big boxes of furniture into our car. Probably took almost 20 minutes, but they were cheerful and never gave up. They wouldn't even accept a tip.

Too many shoppers allowed inside. It made it a stressful experience. Many aisles are now just too narrow. Especially in the center of the store and at the cheese and coldcut's side.

If you have a big family and you want cheap fuel for your car along with a great shopping atmosphere, Costco is the place to go. You purchase in bulk which saves in the long run.

Very clean, items easy to located. First time co-shopper. Wanted to pay half for an item along with my friend an was told I couldn't because I'm not a member. Well, when I get back to Tallahassee I will become a member. Better prices than the other stores.

Like any other Costco wide variety of choices and big warehouse. But limited brands and quantity wise very less option to choose.

Wish this place had Costco gas which is one of the more reason we visit Costco. Overall crowded as it’s only place for a 25-50 mile area.
Not bad as I had ok experience in my last few visits.

Costco perfect cheap food for lunch and drinks and has free samples to see if you wanma bye a snack

Love Costco. Great choices of products, they keep including organic, best prices and they also keep proving that paying a decent salary to their employees, being successful & profitable is possible.
Oh almost forgot, the employees are awesome and pleasant

This place is the best place in west palm county.you can buy anything here in affordable prices. Specially the food items. Chocolate and nuts are very famous and affordable. You can buy here in big amount. I like the liquor store here they have everything what you want.

We have traveled the country and been in many Costco stores. The one in Palm Beach Gardens is excellent. Most of the help has worked there for years and are so helpful and pleasant. Definitely join if you don’t belong yet. The money you save in a year far exceeds the cost of membership.

Never had a problem with Costco until last week I went to the optical section. The ladies there had little to no interest in helping me find glasses or in answering my questions. I felt like I was bothering them. Yet I found it strange that every other person was being helped. Then I realized I was the only black person in that section. Very disappointing!

I'm not a huge fan of warehouse bulk extravaganzas but of all the Costco's in the area this one is pleasant but extremely crowded. It does not feel as though there is a membership to get in as you'd think you're paying for a smidge of exclusivity it does not feel that way in the least.

Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to come inside of the building, due to the fact that I am not a member but I only wanted to go to the food court.

Not going there anymore since they switch for visa and they don't accept American Express anymore.
Also everytime you are ending up spending $200 and you cart is almost empty.

Very well maintained and clean warehouse. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of organic treats. Checkout went pretty quick for a Costco.

Picked up basics: milk, eggs, cream. Saw some women's jeans "Amanda". Took one pair home. Fit great. Should get another pair.

This store is awesome. Employees are courteous and helpful, makes for a great shopping experience not so with the Lantana Road Costco that store is horrible the employees are rude in the customers are even worse they'll run you over in the parking lot before you get into the store. Drive a little extra it's definitely worth it.

Found our cashier very rude. Questioned our membership. Wonder if she questions straight couples? !
