Always the best prices, and great helpful staff. The gas station is a little small, but still my favorite for filling up

I have spent an untold amount of Dollars at Costco. I have done it with pleasure and delight. Coctco is a people oriented company that deserves all the accolades. You see the same faces all the time, there is not a big employee turnover.
OH. One more thing. Addressing this one to the Ted's of this world.
Dear whitefish buyer without a membership. Please don't be a schnorrer. Believe me my friend, you can't take it with you. If life is so desperate that you have to take a picture of white fish salad instead of buying it, you need a professional to guide you for your remaining years.

My aunt, another gentleman and myself were all carded upon entering the store which is fine. However, all the other customers whom were not of color were not carded or stopped from entering the store by the Costco associate. The associate stressed that we show our membership card. The other customer of color stated, "I've been coming here for over 10 years and they always card me and not the others! It's okay you get used to the stigma after awhile! " This was my only issue with this location. The woman cashier is always pleasant and helpful.

As a truck driver i've been threatened by that lady name PAM she don’t know how to talk to people 8/30/21 i was gonna drop a load and i asked which dock to take she told me I’m late if I don’t move my truck she going to call the cops

Costco is great but gas station need to be improved. Really small and stressful. Northlake gas station is amazing. I hope it can change

Gas station. It is stressful to gas up because you have the pressure of other drivers waiting. Usually they have a attendant who is helpful in getting in and pumping. The station on Northlake the attendant helps direct people, its great. Well we went to the station on Southern and Brian the attendant was to busy flirting with the lady customers to do his job. I even heard him ask one woman if she was married? He was creepy and it really slowed everything down. Management should talk with him. He gets paid for what?

I'm giving this location four stars because they can't seem to keep up with stocking items like Lysol or Clorox wipes. I have been looking for orange juice for the past three weeks and can't seem to find any. Not sure if there's a shortage, or if they just nolonger carry orang juice at this location but it's beginning to get annoying. Apart from that, I shop here for the stuff I need in bulk.

Local Costco that has the following services: Auto Buying Program, Gas station, Tire Service Center, Pharmacy, Optical Department, and Hearing Aids. Great prices and a clean warehouse.

It’s been a year+ since the Covid quarantine began and I can’t shop at Costco before 9: 45 because I’m not 60+? Are 60+ staying home after 9: 45 a.m? Asking for a friend.

When i walked in i approached what i thought was a nice gentleman, i had left my costco member back at home.i had to go to the pharmacy and on the way i was just glancing at a product on the shelf, then suddenly he came out of no where and said “what are you doing i thought you were going to the pharmacy, you must have a member card to buy our products.i will get the manager to help you out of here. ” he proceeded to follow me and my friend all the way to the pharmacy.the worker was not only rude but made me uncomfortable.

My local Costco - and always on their top game! Especially when it comes to “crunch time” - think Pandemics, Hurricanes…you name it…the RPB Costco team is always there for the community!

The manager in duty came to complaint to us (customers) to not waist his time when we canceled our member ship because of poor customer service. They made us buy another membership when we already had one and thats why we cancelled.

Because of Gary in the automotive department, Costco will ALWAYS be an incredible establishment. Especially their auto department. Gary was so kind, efficient, and was able to take me in in the evening. I couldn't set up an appointment and it was an emergency situation. Other tire shops were closed and closing, they wouldn't take me in. But Gary, was so professional and kind. He's legitimately an incredible individual. I love the items that are at Costco, you will not be able purchase anywhere else for that price. Get a membership, you won't regret it. I just recently joined and I'm so ecstatic that I did.

I went in to buy a big screen TV and the young man was very knowledgeable and even advise me when the next sale would be on the 75 inch TV I was looking at that would be the 19th

They have more than the other savings clubs. Good pricing and well stocked. The employees are very helpful and excited to help. No one is just going through the motions here. That said even though the pricing is good it's not great and the sales basically just take high priced items and make them the same price as other stores. This place is ok but not the bees knees. The membership levels make no sense.
