Always a great experience here! They treat us so well and check out is quick! We highly recommend the value of exceptional products at great prices at Costco. On a side note, check out the café too! The ice cream with strawberries is especially divine!

Overrated on pricing too expensive for the amount of food I would rather go somewhere else I'm returning my membership

Costumer services are horrible, they tread all members are like criminal. So slow for check in.

They would not let me on the account unless the account holder is there. When you sign up you get an extra person. Well she can't be there because she passed away.

Update as of 11/14/2021. No more masks! Thank god I live in Florida. The have great products. They unfortunately change products out too quick. Checkout is quick. I do wish they had more registers. It can be a pain getting in and out of the parking lot.
I still don’t understand why you only take visa? Other retailers take all brands.

I buy everything there. Crowded, but employees are fast. Tire center is a different story. Always under staffed. Forget about having your phone call answered.

The lines always look endless but they move very quickly. Be careful ordering appliances from them though. The wait times are much longer than most other stores and we ordered a fridge, waited almost three weeks for delivery and it was delivered with the incorrect handles. We were told we would need to wait for the vendor to ship us replacements and it would be 10-20 days. Very dissatisfied

I made a delivery there and forgot my spare key. When I went back there they still had them. Thanks guys.

Me and a buddy went in to get some things for my party and he was the member. When checking out the associate would not let me pay with my card. It had to be my buddy who had to pay. I was not gonna charge up 500 plus on his card. Such a dumb place. Will not be going back.

These Costco employees are efficient and fast. The store is clean, stocked and checkout was a breeze!

Every time I am up in JAX this is the Costco I go to. Gas is best price. I make sure my gas tank is close to empty before going:)

Two the employees were very rude to me.one of the girls named April would not give me any space at all to self check myself out and made me forget my phone. She brought me my phoneafter I walked away but I wouldn't have got it if she wasn't so loud and obnoxious. I told her she would have gave me some space I wouldn't have got some small to me too.anyway all I had was one item and I did not need or want her help but she would not leave me alone. She should help customers that had bigger items. I think she wanted to just look busy.

Love the variety of items especially new items. Always look forward to return of seasonal favorites as well.

Check out personnel won't say a word sometimes. Food court employees act like zombies. Management at this Costco is poor

Got yanked out of line to show my membership while everyone else floods in. Dude at the door that day can S my D. Everything else here is cool tho.

Place is a mad house and the prices aren't as low as you'd think. However, it's a cool place to shop.
