They saw me walking towards the door and still closed it, I asked to let me in to purchase a box of face masks, the girl shrugged and told me too bad, theyre closed. Cant believe this is how Costco treats their customers.

Every time we’ve come here, more than half the workers we interact with are beyond grumpy—they’re straight up rude. Don’t even bother calling to ask a question, any time we do that it feels like we’re breaking the law with the treatment we receive. Don’t even get me started on the pharmacy; they managed to give me three different wrong prescriptions in a row and were so nasty about fixing it, even going as far as to say that what they gave me was what I needed, when it definitely was not even close. 0/10 all around

Costco is great. Everyone was wearing a mask. Everything I was looking for was in stock. Just love their shrimp cocktail and rotisserie chicken and paper towels. Best place to shop

It's Costco, prices are always great and staff is always pretty friendly. This location seems less busy than the Altamonte and Millenia ones but not a whole lot less. All of them seem pretty busy from open to close. Overall thought it's a great clean store.just be prepared to wait in line for a few min, they make pretty efficient work of it though.

Be careful pulling in and out of this busy Costco on busy streets. Employees here are friendly and helpful. Fresh produce. Don't buy rotisserie chicken until they improve factory conditions!

Was inside shopping on Monday, January 11 (2021) and as usual I encountered excellent customer service. This is a very well run store - clean, neat, well organized. And the staff are all super. Boy, we've shopped here many, many times over the past 15 years. They are all so friendly and very hard working. And it's a great place to shop... So many great buys... Probably their Rotisserie Chicken - at least 3 pounds and only $5, is the best buy in the store. We love our Costco!

How can you not love Costco? Prices are usually the best, particularly for gasoline. Attractive specials. Friendly staff. Unbeatable return policy.

Was good more crowded than I expected you are not enforcing social distancing so I may otherwise be back anytime soon

I won’t buy their “prime” steak again. I’ve had plenty of prime beef and seems like top choice trying to be passed off as prime. Not impressed.

I like Costco in general. This is a very busy location. Maybe Friday is extra busy, not sure. But it was crowded.

A congested madhouse of rude individuals. Store aisles have no labels so you have to hunt the store two and three times to find specific items. Store patrons are constantly looking around instead of straight ahead where they are walking. Sample stations cause congestion in addition to people leaving unattended carts around the store. Making matters worse, the constantly changing configuration of the store means that an item you want is not in the same place two weeks in a row and there is no indication to where they moved it.

Parking is also insane. Imagine a Monday or Tuesday afternoon when you cannot find parking anywhere close to the store in the middle of the work day. You can just forget about getting handicapped parking. You would think they were holding a concert inside.

Disabled people need to bring their own power chairs. Don't expect to find one charged at this store.

Love Costco! Very friendly employees, gas prices are lowest around.love all the Kirkland brand items, especially the coffee. And if on the odd chance you need to return something, they are understanding and don't give you a minute of trouble.

The rudest place I’ve ever been in. I’ve been a member at Costco for almost 4 years now and have been to multiple. This one was by far the most unpleasant experience I’ve had anywhere. The front line guy yelled at us for their disorganized system. And then pushed us to get us out of the way because we weren’t going fast enough.never coming back to this Costco. I’ll drive to Jacksonville and back before going back in there.

The prices are hidden behind large stack of products. Check out lines were way too long. Lots of employees standing around just watching the lines get longer.

COSTCO has some really good stuff, which is why I keep a membership. Their Kirkland brand quality is as good as any other brand of the same product. However, the location of things in the store will change, the aisles are not labeled, and finding specific things can be frustrating. To make matters worse, it's hard to find an associate. The crowds can maddening. Shopping there can be stressful.
