I’ve never been to a Costco where the parking lot isn’t a battle / war zone. This Costco has easy parking and a lot of lanes open for check out.

Very clean. Parking can be challenging at times. Good quality products. Non prescription phamasudicals are a good price. Gas lines move quickly.

This was my first time visiting this Costco location, and I was very happy with the selection of products. When I went to the clothing section in the middle of the store, I saw the clothes in a pile of mess. Despite that, I really wanted to buy a size that would fit me. However, I couldn’t find my size of the clothing, so I left afterwards without buying anything. I hope it will be available soon.

The optical department customer service is awful at this location. The men and a girl sitting at the optical department desk is rude. I didn’t expect this from this Costco because the customer service at the front location is great. The men was Just pushing for the eye checkup without dilation. That department is putting the overall Costco customer service Down.

Chris took the time to guide us through the confusing world of laptop computers. He was both knowledgeable and patient.

My son STEVE RAMSARAN LOVES THE 1.50 hotdog and soda deal.food samples that fill you up by the time you get to checkout! And loves the 5.00 roasted chickens and of course the STAFF

They were complete jerks and didn't want to help. My wife and her mother have the costco account for our household. They show the same address on both cards. They do 99.99% of the shopping, so they hold the two cards. However, in the off chance that a male of the household is sent to the store producing a valid drivers license with the same address as both cards on the account. The store deemed it reasonable to attack me for doing what I was asked by my wife to purchase. The young female employee treated me as a thief while they scanned the costco card as well as took my debit card with them.i asked to have it, and they told me to wait. They learned i wasn't a thief and then proceeded to ask if my wife was there. She was out home with our sick infant, and my mother in law was not available. So I was sent being the only choice. After the girl gave my items back, Luis got aggressive and threatened to call the cops and have our families costco card revoked. When i attempted to video tape the atrocity that was unfolding, they said i couldn't, and it was a private space. I have never heard of such an attempt at a civil rights violation. You can even see he tried to take my phone! But i guess jerks dont want to be video taped being jerks! So i leave the goods and go complain after being threatened with police action. I am so threatened that after going to customer service, i throw up outside!

I try to file a complaint, and all they want to do is sell me more. I offer to purchase a business card for a business my wife owns, and nope, they want me to get my own. I asked repeatedly to file a complaint, and i am handed a suggestion box slip! I say no, I'd like to file a formal complaint. They say thats all we can help with.complete disrespect. As i walked out feeling betrayed, hurt, & defeated, by Costco, Luis, the lady in customer service that kept trying to sell me another policy but not business they "allow me to purchase the items"

In todays day in age, how can someone desire to weaponize law enforcement when i have a valid account and a valid reason. That same person tried to violate my rights and take my personal property. All after confirming, i didn't steal a womans card, calling my wife who had a crying baby, and another running around. This was a complete failure and breakdown of humanity on so many levels. They were absolutely unacceptable and disgusting in behavior! They had multiple opportunities to do the right thing, but they didn't.

Jay or Jai (sp) the pharmacist is discriminatory, rude, unprofessional and narcissistic in his behavior and attitude toward not only local physicians but our valued patients as well. I agree with the post from 11 months ago listed below as a physician who has experienced his unprofessionalism which has included hanging up on patients and myself for simply having an inquiry. The two posts that highlight his behavior as exemplary six months ago are clearly an attempt to raise reviews because they are untrue and not representative of him AT ALL. He has refused to fill valid prescriptions I have submitted as a provider in Coral Springs and tells patients I am a "teladoc" because I am licensed in multiple states. Despite proving my local address, current license in FL, Current FL DEA, website, office phone, and NPI. I am a member of this store and will be filing a formal complaint with the regional pharmacy manager and calling the store this a.m. As well. My patient is still waiting on medication to be filled although I have a local brick and mortar practice in Coral Springs. He is not representative of the great service that this Costco has and is a major cause of these poor reviews. His behavior needs to be addressed and this is not my norm to leave reviews but my patients are leaving me VM stating they cannot get their medicine and are being hung up on. This is unfair to this community and it is detrimental to my practice.

It's Costco, clean, well stocked, fair prices and everything else. Love going there for their pizza. Hot dog and soda is a steal. Even own their stock! Great place to shop! This was the update.
