John arrived on time. He was exceedingly professional and thorough. His knowledge of the real estate market seemed extensive and vast. He promised my appraisal would be done and a week to two weeks. Coston Appraisal has been and is always very professional in the handling of Appraisals. As a Local Realtor and Builder they have done several Appraisals for me in the past as well as this recent one. They are extremely knowledgeable of this fast changing market and always meet expected time frames. 5 Stars and highly recommended.

Took almost 3 weeks to get an appraisal at a cost of $400, which is at the top of the scale, and will most likely cause us to default on our scheduled closing date. If you were too busy to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time you shouldn’t have taken the job. Unacceptable.

He arrived as schedules and completed the task efficiently, ensuring all results were submitted in an extremely timely manner.
