I have nothing but good things to say about their closing process and the great employees who work there. Our refinance was quick and easy. They were able to make accomodations for me, because my wheelchair would not fit into the conference room.

However, calling their main entrance handicap accessible is far from the truth. The ramp to get up is at an angle impossible for anyone in a wheelchair to get up by themselves. My wife has to push me hard up the ramp. The step getting into the front door was too high and required employees to pickup my chair. If they were to redo the entrance, I would recommend a ramp at a lower angle running parallel to the front of the building and doubling back on itself to get to the door.
