1st time there and we had marti as a waitress omg was a great atmosphere and the food was really good and a better perportin than i was expecting and marti was on her game never had to ask for refills or any condiments

Had breakfast there this morning. I had the country fried steak and I believe that was the best country fried steak I've ever had. We decided to order supper delivered because, well because. Mama had the chicken parmigiana which she said was wonderful. I had their fried haddock and an order of onion rings. Definitely found our go to for fish delivery. We'll probably see you again tomorrow for breakfast.

Best of the best. Good food, great people and professional service. It’s our go to breakfast place!

I love that the cooks take their time with the food everything always comes out so delicious Big portions and friendly staff One of my favorite home cooked restaurants.

First time that we've been here in several years on a recommendation of a friend. The food was a good value for portions and quality. The reason I didn't give it a higher because our server didn't seem to be that attentive to us. We received coffee initially and then she didn't ask us if we wanted more until we were ready to leave. When she brought our meals she asked me if I wanted a certain condiment to go with it and I replied yes. She promptly forgot, so I had to ask someone else for it. Kind of spoiled the whole experience. We would go back there again, but definitely would not have the same person taking care of us!

We have been a regular customer since that initial visit, and I have to compliment the staff that we have come to know so well! They are kind, caring, and attentive to your every wish! I would definitely change their rating to a 5!

After reading multiple reviews my family and I were very excited to try Country Boy Restaurant. We were greeted with a smile and seated fast. But
unfortunately are excitement dwindled fast. Our food was very blah quite like hospital food to be honest. We were expecting a lot more even salt and pepper at the bare minimum.
I gave 3 stars because the atmosphere and service was okay. For our family of 3 we paid $46! (this isnt including tip) for this price we expected more.

I had the Southern Skillet. It was amazing- fresh vegetables, egg, hashbrowns, sausage topped with country gravy. Good portions and the staff are friendly.

Something changed been going there for years and always order the same meals. Last visit meal was served completely different and tasted different. Quality has declined.

Very decent food at a great low price, wait staff needs improvements at beginning of the meal but turned it around at the end!

To the chef who handled my uber order today, Thank You! That was one of the best lunches I've had in quite some time. I requested Broccoli Cheddar soup because there isn't a soup list when you order online. The chef gave me the next best option since they didn't have any broccoli cheddar, which was a tomato basil bisque. It was fantastic! Everything was super fresh and exactly as I requested. Thank you again. Can the restaurant manager who sees this please recognize the back of house? He or she deserves a pat on the back!

Nice drop in place clean friendly staff good good nice regulars come in kinda place. Makes you feel in a homey atmosphere. As you belong

I was there yesterday, I’ve been there many times before and have never had a problem until yesterday and honestly don’t plan on returning.
The service was terrible, the food was unreal.
I got the seafood platter, the clams I had maybe leftovers from another plate because I received maybe 4 little pieces.
Honestly it was terrible.
It was good while it lasted.

We use Fetch to scan our receipts for credits toward gift cards. This restaurant allows the servers to scan your receipt into their account before you even get it. Then you are not able to scan it since it has already been entered. This is like stealing from the customers. When I asked the waitress about it, her response was that they all do it, no big deal. The owner knows about it too and does nothing.

Everything was very good until I got my eggplant Parmigiano. I like crisp eggplant and the waitress told me it was, but it was soggy.

Long time local favorite in Dunedin. We had the French toast with eggs, hash browns, biscuits, gravy with eggs and grits. The restaurant was not too busy when we arrived, but did pick up while we were there. The service was good, but our waitress only came by once after our meals were served. I'm not sure if she had too many tables at one time or not. Our food came out quickly, cooked to order and was hot. Everything was very tasty and we will definitely return.

This is a quaint hidden gem. Don't judge by the name. The owner is a french chef but they have home cooking and great breakfast
