Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Panama City Beach, FL

Over all very clean. Beds very uncomfortable. Too far fom the beach. They say minutes to the beach but actually it's 20 minute walk.

Had to wait 2 hours to get my room. First room I was given was uncleaned with wet towels and trash bags on the floor still. The second room I was given had a dead battery for the lock. Had to make 4 trips to the front desk for this to get resolved. 3rd room was actually useable. Ended up having to pay for my own room as well, despite the fact that the company I work for paid for this trip, claiming the card got declined when I went to check in and due to the company policies my boss was unable to get this resolved with just reimbursing for the room. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the front desk lady was really trying her best to get it all resolved and very polite despite my very angry boss yelling at her.

So it was clean but the coffee aka royal cup is the worse coffee I have ever had in my life drank three cups and it didn't do anything but upset my stomach and make me more tired. Quality over quantity would be appreciated long term guys.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. I went around the end of September so it was out of season and generally not busy. The breakfast with the stay is also good, nothing gourmet but still nice

I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and my stay was great but I wanted to especially thank a young lady at the front desk named Natoya. I was having a beyond stressful out of town trip and had an issue with a booking at another hotel that ended up being canceled but this young lady was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to help me, my sister and my daughters stay for the night. I can't express how thankful I was for her encouraging words and customer service. I don't run into very many people as nice as her but she was more than a blessing to me. She made our stay perfect. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. I live in Georgia but whenever I go back I will only frequent this hotel. Miss Natoya thank you and God bless you and your kind heart.

The staff here has been amazing. Stacy was super helpful when I originally called and was able to get us checked in a little early on our initial 2 night stay. We had a horrific experience with checking into a house we rented and had to come back. Ms. Noya was at the front desk and was so sweet and helpful with getting us checked back in and accommodating our needs. Both our rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was filling. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you to the staff for making our stay wonderful.

This was your typical hotel. Front desk was nice. Our room was clean and smelled good. I even checked the mattress for " ️? " and all was good. It was a little outdated but I only care about the cleanliness. I was upset our room did not have the tub but the big shower grew on us and we're thinking of doing our bathroom exactly like that now. The thought of a shower chair tho was a little gross picturing all the hineys on it but whatever I'm not Gona lie we used it lol. Oh and they don't change your sheets or towels unless you ask, there's no room cleaning while your staying there, which I'm totally fine with. The only issue we had was if you have younger children, watch the pool. Couples seem to do a little more then just swimming later at night. Also there was a couple who slept all night next to the pool with all their bags as if they didn't have money for a room. And don't sit in the lobby. Our last night there a drunk man was passed out on the couch all night and woke up soaked in pee. He later moved out to the parking lot against a light pole. The breakfast was typical hotel cafeteria get it yourself kind. Overall I would stay again if it were just my husband and I. We know where not to sit or swim lol.

Really loved this hotel. Wasn't sure what to expect I had a friend stay here and I was really impressed. From the front desk lady to the cleaning people I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. It's close to literally everything and a walk across the street from Walmart. You also can walk to checkers or zaxbys in about 3 mins! Definetly would come back. Thanks for the great time.

Clean! Employees were all amazing! Very quiet. Walking distance from Walmart, gas station, marble slab creamery, dollar store and a jamaican restaurant I didn't get to try, but will next visit.

After reserving the room on our credit card we asked if we could pay the total upon arrival with another card and were told yes. Not only did this hotel give us false information they booked us the wrong room type and then cancelled our room 10minutes before check in due to running our card before we arrive. They listed reason as invalid credit card and argued with us about the room type. I believe it was the manager we were speaking with. She even pulled the “well, who were you talking to when you called” move. Once it was sorted out that the room type was booked INCORRECTLY on their error and we should have never been cancelled, they found us a room. But ooops, that room’s air conditioner was broken so we had to reload all of our things into our car and leave.
What a JOKE of customer service. A nice lady in the lobby called me over and said “Ive been in the lobby for awhile and they have done this to SEVERAL people over the last hour. Nice job country inn. Changing your name to Incompetent Inn would be a good idea.

My family and I came to visit from GA for a few days and the experience was great. The room was clean, front desk was very friendly. The breakfast was good.the pool area was clean. This hotel is near everything. The beach walmart gas stations and restaurants. Our overall experience was AMAZING. We had a great time

Room was clean and smelled cleaned when walking in. Nice size room (2 queen beds). Quiet, desk employees were very nice. I definitely recommend staying here.

Very rude management refused to give extra towles said it would cost to get 2 towels nasty food cold dirty floors and sheets never will i ever go back.
