This team of employees went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. We had a running toilet problem but we're moved to another room without problem thanks.

Was there because of hurricane. Was disappointed there was no generator there. Thankfully we didn't need it. The rooms are very small and not comfortable. There is only 1 desk chair so eating, playing cards, watching TV has to be done from a bed and since we were trapped, it wasn't much fun. Heard other guests say the same thing. We only had 2 in our room, so can imagine 4 people being very uncomfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The front desk staff was great. Probably will not use this hotel again.

I had the room by the elevator, so it was noisy. Otherwise a very nice hotel and comfortable stay.

Fantastic Beds, clean rooms, super friendly staff, hot & cold breakfast, COFFEE ALL DAY. Oddly.no phone or clock in room. O plan to stay there every time I am in the area.

Needed a cheap hotel
Small pool and clean place. Breakfast was ok. Good for under $100 a night

My husband and I had an overnight stay at the Comfort Inn, Fayetteville SC. Not a good experience. Went to the first room we were given (on 2nd floor) checked mattress. No mattress cover/protector and mattress had disgusting brown stains. Went down to the front desk and dealt with Shea who was very apologetic and helpful. She took us to another room on the 2nd floor which also had no mattress cover/protectors and BROWN STAINS on mattress. This is so unacceptable. Then she took us to the 3rd floor room which had cover (not plastic) without stains (To be honest I was afraid to look at mattress).

We spoke to the Front Desk Manager before we left this morning and she said she will speak with manager when she arrives today.

On a positive note, the room/bathroom was clean. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful, especially Shea.

Management is terrible especially the cleaning staff they want to do is least as possible to get by very disrespectful and unappreciative especially the lead staff I'm going to call management and let them know how undesirable they make it for people to stay there

Spectacular! In every sense! Good price, excellent facilities, the perfect breakfast! The people who work here are very friendly, super clean! I loved everything I recommend it 100%. Thank you very much!

Excellent location! The rooms are super comfortable and clean. I would definitely return to this hotel! Recommended!

Rooms are small, lobby is tiny. This place is NOT kid sports friendly. There were many soccer teams staying there for a tournament and they tried getting everyone to stay in the rooms, didn’t want to give out pool towels, yelled at kids for just walking in the halls, yelled at the parents for being OUTSIDE at 9: 30 at night just talking. Unless you are staying 1 night on business, they don’t want you here.

Convenient location, walking distance from store, and a good restaurant (Geckos) Bar and Grill.
Rooms are updated, modern look. But room smelled like a vinal or glue sent because of new floors, We just used air freshener and it was fine. Not as bad as some may judge.

Pool was warm and just gotten repaired. The hotel next door is owned by same company so when this pool was down for repair, they allowed guests to swim in their pool.
I would stay here again for the price I paid.

A very pleasant stay. The two room suite were the nicest in the area and the front desk staff was great. The place looks brand new. So stop reading and start booking. Enjoy your stay!

Great choice for a mid-range hotel stay. Rooms were well sized, clean, and comfortable. Only complaint there were a few burned out bulbs above the vanity. Staff was above and beyond. They took the time to learn names and ask follow up questions to really make you feel welcome. Free breakfast everyday including choices like omelettes and sausage gravy biscuits. Location is a lil tricky as the main exit is a one way busy road but you can catch a light just around the corner. Geckos Grill and Pub across the street is a great option for dinner.
