Very unprofessional and selfish management. We recently put $10,000 down to buy a “new 2022” home here from the company not an independent seller. Within the 4 months of us moving in, our central A/C went out (it’s been in the 90s for the last 3 weeks straight) the solution was to give us one single 250sq-ft window unit. They used to have a fenced in lot for the residence to take large trash and dump such as dressers, yard debris, and other items. They’ve closed that for their own personal dump now, and they will fine you ($75) if you put any of your large trash on the road side. Buyers beware

One of the worst financial decisions we’ve made. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT BUT A MOBILE HOME HERE.

If you move here get ready for the most unprofessional experience ever. Multiple tenants complained of mold IN the walls. Management changes every 6 weeks so get ready to be told, "you didn't tell us that. " Nothing gets fixed. They will accuse you of not paying rent! Keep your paystubs! PETTY rules. If your car is even an inch on the grass they will TOW your vehicle. NO, you can not park on the side of the road to prevent that. Also, you will NOT get your deposit! Doesn't matter how clean it is or of there is no damage. Their lunch breaks are 2+ hours and multiple times a day sp goodluck speaking to them in person. Give them a call and listen to their lovely voicemail:) they will never answer just so you can hear it. They won't call you back so don't bother leaving your information. The homes are so cheap and poorly built. Be ready for that. It looks so good when you first see it and then you notice the cracks and dips. WORST place to live. I was a good tenant and kept everything clean and paid on time. This review isnt written by some random Karen that didn't get her way or anything like that. I genuinely was a good tenant and never cause a fuss. After speaking to multiple residents here we all had the same complaints. I moved about 4 months ago and it was the best choice. My asthma has improved because I'm not breathing in MOLD anymore. The managers last 2 months, TOPS. Lived here for years and it got worse and worse. Sad. Do NOT live here.

Country roads and Jamestown are across the street from one another. Office staff were friendly and helpful.

I have looked for months and ran into country roads village and Amber. Amber helped us through the process very professional will lead people her way love this area and will stay for a long time

Unfortunately this place now is no longer safe. They are allowing people with felonies to live here even tho there contract says their not allowed they are rude and if you complain they threaten to evict you and they will tow your car for no reason also the rules seem to not apply to everybody there some people can get away with their lawns not being cut why others will get a notice immediately very unbalanced place I can't emphasize how unsafe it can be now before you knew everybody had a background check and was clean now you never know what you're living next to in this day and age you can't be careful enough

Defenetly Erika Acosta is a angel PROFESIONAL and Always go the extra miles for her client. She is very dedicated to her Job and to help, educate and provide always the best option for her clients. She is always happy and with a smile that's how costumer services should be.
The company have a great asset with her in that position.

That park is built on top of a swamp. All the city did was being in dirt and put it on top of a swamp and call it a mobile home community. I've had numerous calls for re-levels and repairs in this park because of the houses sinking. Funny how when we build we have to stay 500ft away from the wetlands, but the city and multi-million dollar corporations can build wherever they want.

I live in the Jamestown section and Amber was wonderful in helping me purchase my "rent to own" home. She made sure I got the best price possible and even recommended a very affordable Home Insurance Company. She set me up with a Finance Company and I got a very low Mortgage. She is awesome and always available.

We just moved in love it the office staff is amazing giving Amber a big she is amazing she helped us through everything and is always available to answer any questions we have.

They were very friendly and helpful to purchase my new home. I recommend them very highly for purchasing a new mobile home.

I Just moved here a few months ago and I love everyone that helped me get here! I was in a bad spot with my old home and Amber went out of her way to help me so much! Once I was in and settled in, any issues I had, Michelle made sure to get things done! I’m happy to call this place home!

It is horrible you can't have nothing in your own rent it space no privacy management don't care about nothing other than the rent.and very racist

I want to say thank you to country Roads, Michelle, and everyone in the office. You are really doing well in a community and always very polite and if anybody needs anything or any questions you guys r there for us. I appreciate everything y’all do for us.

Giving 2 stars mostly just for the quiet neighborhood. Never any problems or issues with any of the ones on my block. When I moved here the neighbors were so spread out had plenty of space for kids and pets to play. Now with new management this community has become so over crowded, literally not one but two trailers have been placed between my old neighbor and myself, I didn’t think possible but they’re there now. Which they cut down a few trees and parts of a tree considered to be in my lot which makes it look unpleasant with half side of the tree having some missing limbs. Just to fit one of the homes there. Yet you are expected to be held responsible for maintaining everything in your lot hmm. Playground is small and run down, the pool is small too. Though they are bringing some beautiful homes into the community, they are taking the name country roads right out of it. The name and how the spread is what drawn me to this Mobile home community. I can only expect the lot rent to continue to increase. So if you love having super close neighbors with no real room for yourself or family to enjoy playtime then this is probably the perfect place for you. I on the other hand will probably follow my other neighbors lead and move my home to another location or sell all together.
