This is a wonderful school and the teachers and administration care about the students! My children love the school and call it their Jesus school! My wife and I would do anything we could to keep our kids out of the public school system! Based on some of the other reviews on here, don’t always believe a one star rating without an explanation and there’s always going to be a few parents who you can never please regardless of the situation. Your kids will learn and get a good education at Countryside, my kids feel safe there, and most of all they are learning about God everyday! I learned from the same curriculum when I was a child and I turned out to be a pretty productive adult! Remember, what you expose your children to at an early age will follow them the rest of their life!

My kids have gone 5 years. I’ve had MAJOR problems with the administration.

Also, the kids have a hard time with a lack of instruction in the classrooms, (compared to other schools) it is a self-paced, self- learning, self-grading curriculum. According to an education expert, this type of curriculum only works for a small percentage of kids- and according to her almost every kid that comes out of the school is far behind academically, where they need to be, which is the case, with at least two of my children, from struggling with this curriculum. Another education professional from another school confirmed the same thing.

Don’t even get me started on the problems with the administration. It has been a major headache dealing with them. Everything started out great but has gone downhill overtime (communications with the administration) - sometimes being ignored, and being disrespected repeatedly. I wish I got my kids out of there sooner.

My children have gone there for several years now. (5 years). Unfortunately, I do not recommend this school for several reasons. 2 of my 3 children became depressed going here- due to bullying and issues with the curriculum/learning style of this school. There were issues I had with administration - (I often felt disrespected, and there were other issues - don’t want to get into details.) I’m looking at other Christian schools and leaving this review as a warning. (Btw they seemed very nice when the kids began there, but over time the “character” of the school (one admin in particular) has stuck out greatly and my kids will not be going back.
