They were able to get me in same day. Office is beautiful and clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The Dr.was caring and supportive.

I have had a great experience each time I have been seen in this practice. Kris Johnson, APRN is fantastic. He listens to what you have to say, explains things very well and takes his time. The physical therapist (on a Saturday) was wonderful. I learned something from her that I was not aware of previously. Nothing but positive for this practice!

PA Johnson was very thorough, his focus was on my husband, the patient. He didn't rush through the appointment. We left feeling at last we're in good hands.

I have had 3 appointments thus far and they are very thorough. The appointments are always on time and they answer all your questions. The office is immaculate.

I wanted to see the doctor cause my face started to go numb but he was a 2 month wait! I am a patient for neuropathy in feet and legs… Why do you take on so many patients that there is that long a wait? So I had to see I guess a doctor assistant or nurse practitioner and he was very nice and is trying to find out why this is happening. I hope they can help me!

Very professional. I didn't wait long to see the PA. He was very through and explained everything to me. Very good experience all around.

To start off…
There was nobody at the front desk to greet me when I arrived.
This was my first time ever to have an appointment there.
I signed in and sat down in the waiting area. I was the only one there at the time and the place was super quiet.
Approx 5 minutes later, the receptionist entered the building through the side door, sitting her belongings down on the counter.
I then approached the desk and told her that I was starting to question myself as to if I was in the correct place or not because the office seemed closed.
She had the opportunity to apologize at that time, (for my wait/confusion) but never did.
She just proceeded to get me checked in.
Then took me back to the room to see the doctor. She seemed very nice at that point.
I’ve previously worked in medical offices prior, so I know how important it is to always have someone seated at the front and greet the patient as they enter.
They wanted me to be seen by an assistant to the NP vs the NP.
My appointment was with the NP.
I was not informed of this until the assistant entered the room and told me she’d be seeing me vs the NP.
I told her for documentation reasons pertaining to my SS and Medicaid application, I felt it was wise to be seen by the Doctor or NP not an assistant.
I’ve had situations in the past where medical documentation was only accepted if it was written by a MD not an even an NP was accepted let alone an assistant to the NP.
So I spoke up and asked to see the NP.
I’ve never had this happen at any other medical office in the history of all my medical problems.
When the appointment was finished, I proceeded to check out before leaving.
To make a long story a tad shorter, I’ll say this.
I gathered from the situation that they were getting ready to close for the day and wanted to get me out the door.
This lady checking me out (scheduling testing and scheduling follow up appointment) never made eye contact, seemed irritated as if she strongly disliked her job or me or both.
I did tell her that I’d be reporting her behavior to the office manager before I left.
I haven’t decided whether I’ll be giving this practice another chance or not.
I value first impressions and have already lost trust in this medical office.
No matter how good the doctor himself may be, without a good staff to back him up, he’ll be losing patients.
Patients like myself are often sick and/or in pain. We deserve to be made to feel welcome and that we can trust them to handle our healthcare professionally.
Perhaps this has been an isolated incident and others will have a better experience than I did; however, being I have much experience not only as medical professional but as a patient also, I don’t think that’s the case here.

Very impressive staff. I was no fun when I first arrived with pain. They never broke their code of kindness. PA Kristopher Johnson is very sweet and listens well. I love this practice!

The Doctors are very knowledgeable and explain things to you. The staff is very efficient very little wait time

Front desk staff very kind and helpful, the PA’s were very considerate, attentive and thorough. I liked the doctor and I’m feeling confident we’re going to be a good team to figure out what is going on.

Very clean and professional. Doctor Thomas was well informed and made us feel comfortable.

Doctor was phenomenal and the staff was friendly and kind. Highly highly recommend this office.

Very courteous and competent front office. Dr Khademi gave me his full attention, answering my medication and clinical questions. I have confidence in Dr Khademi. He stays up to date with new medications and trials. It took me awhile but for me, outside of the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Dr Khademi is one of the best Neurologists for migraines and seizures in the Tampa area.

I had an excellent experience at Countryside Neurology. The staff was great to work with. The person I worked with was Christopher Johnson. He made me feel comfortable. He listened to everything I had to say and he set everything in motion in order to find out what is going on with my health. I would highly recommend Countryside Neurology to everyone.

Took a bit to get in as a new patient, but the office was amazing and the staff the same. I saw Christopher Johnson and he gave me time to explain my symptoms and we had a good discussion on the course of treatment. I had trouble with the medication and asked for a call back to discuss. He called me back with a new suggested medication himself. Did not just get a staff member to do it. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness I have not had a doctor spend so much time with me since my Gastro. Kristopher, the nurse practitioner is nothing other than amazing, and I am leaving here feeling very confident that my health will improve.
