Arbi was great. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push me to something I didn’t want. Easiest and most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Took forever to check me in even though my appointment was at 9: 40 in the morning, I was on time and I only had like 2 cars ahead of me I got checked in around 10: 20am. I literally sat in my car and watched them help people in cars in front of me and behind me. Craig was not helpful at all and had an attitude. They called me in for an airbag recall and broke something in my car and told me they would order the part and call me when it came.no one said “sorry” and they pulled my ac vent out and just dropped it on the seat without putting it back where it belonged. To top this off they said they changed my airbags for free but I would have to pay $140 to get the airbag light to go off. If I didn’t have to pick this piece up, I would never go back again. Respectfully.

Kevin worked on my car. He was attentive and extremely helpful in diagnosing the different issues. He even saved my air conditioning so I didn’t need a whole new part. I didn’t feel like he was selling me unnecessary repairs like I have at other shops. Thanks Kevin.

The perception you get when you arrive at the service center is that there are a lot of people milling around, on the phone, walking around with cups, snacking in between client interactions, chatting amongst themselves with no real purpose or atleast prioritizing other tasks over the clients experience and respect for our time. Whether you come in with an appointment or not, I’m not sure it truly matters - atleast the wait time has always been the same - INCREDIBLY LONG! I had a scheduled appointment for a later time, decided to come in earlier and they said no big deal. I was quoted 1.5 hours but in reality it took 2.5 hours.for a 35k mile tire rotation.with an appointment. I may be more inclined to actually follow through with the recommended services if it didn’t take nearly 3 hours for an inspection of the vehicle, tire rotation and my service tech sitting around until I had to reach out to him, given direction to come meet him through text to get my keys, find my car “over there” and remove the seat/floor mat coverings myself. I mean honestly, why would I pay more to spend more time and receive even more of a sub par experience. The guys over at Sun Toyota are the absolute best - Brandon Toyota could learn a thing or 2 from them. I come here because I absolutely haveto but I figured the experience would be drastically different for a platinum toyocare client and a long term Toyota owner. Absolutely no sense of urgency or personal touch the few times I’ve been at this location.

Edwin helped me with getting my service started. The service was completed within an hour. Thank you for all the help.

Frankie helped me finding the right SUV for me and my mother. He explained all the bells and whistles in the new Rav4. Frankie explained each of the features and how to use them. He put me with the right person to help me with financing. William finalized my paperwork and explained each document I was signing. They both went above and beyond by helping understand about the vehicle itself and the documentation process. They were professional and informative. They are the reason I would recommend them to others. Thanks guys.

Roody Jean is the best car salesmen we have ever worked with.kind, patient, attentive to your specific needs and details. We have been buying cars for 30 years. It was a pleasure to work with this polite gentleman, who kept us updated daily and was very accommodating as they acquired and prepared our new car. Leo in the finance office and Dan, the sales manager, were very nice and helpful also. No games or tricks. My service advisor Mr. James Kim is very courteous, thorough, very professional, personable with great communication skills, and his attention to details is exemplary. After hearing my explanation of the problems that I had incurred and documenting those concerns he provided me and my wife with easily understandable information about what would be done to evaluate and resolve those problems.
We are extremely satisfied with Mr. Kim as well as with Courtesy Toyota for making our service experience one that every customer there must feel is second to none. I would recommend Courtesy Toyota to others! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Tommy Whelan of Courtesy Toyota Of Brandon did a great job for us on our 2019 Toyota Corolla LE. Straight forward pre-negotiated price, no surprises, no pressure. Great car at a fair price. I should know I shopped 12 dealers. Pleasure to do business with him. I am sure the dealership will be even better in January 2019 when they move on to their new campus under construction.

I'm tired of the high-pressure up-sales the service department pushes. I've requested multiple times "not" to have a multi-point inspection as I often don't have the time. If this continues, I will find another shop to service my vehicle, and I certainly won't continue purchasing Toyotas.

My husband and I went in to find a new corolla, needed to make some adjustments with my current vehicle and was a little upside down wanting to explore my options. Gabriel greeted us at the door and from there it was great day.such great charisma and made the whole experience extremely pleasant. It was the most fun and enjoyable experience I have ever had at a dealership.he really went above and beyond, treated us like family. My first trip to have my new 4runner serviced at Courtesy was GREAT. I was in and out in no time. That was a few months ago. Today I went back expecting the same. It took an hour and a half for a simple service job. I overheard someone say that they were under new management. Well the new management is awful. I dont know if I will go back even though I get free servcie.

Very good experience at the service department with Mustafa. Everything got done faster than expected and the people there were very courteous. Also, got excellent value for oil change and tire rotation. Thank you for the free shuttle ride as well.

Nikos, Roody, and Fernando were OUTSTANDING! I came to your dealership after doing a simple search on my USAA app. I was just looking around on it to attempt submitting a credit app on my phone. It asked me about the type of car I was interested in, and when I hit submit I almost immediately received two emails from your dealership. One of those was from Nikkos asking about a time to meet. As I'm reading the email I received a text message from Nikkos, and before I could finish reading it he was calling me. This all took place within just a few minutes of me pressing a button on my USAA app. This was truly impressive. Next thing I know I'm closing the deal on my new car. This was one of the best car buying experiences i have ever had. Thank you to Nikkos, Roody, and the Magic Man Fernando. I will definitely recommend Courtesy Toyota, and in fact already have. Thank you very much.
