Do NOT rent here, especially from Leonid Shapiro. Seriously. I’m giving this a one star because of the management company and the fact that the staff in the office were completely useless.

I rented here a few years ago and paid a premium for what was a run down, disgusting condo/apartment. The complex looks great from the outside, nice pool and surrounded by nature; however, my apartment was managed by Leonid Shapiro with Tampa Home Realty, LLC, and he was awful to deal with. I waited a few extra weeks to rent a “remodeled” condo. He didn’t let me see it until the day I signed. Shortly after, I discovered a multitude of issues. The microwave, sink, washer/dryer all did not work. The sinks and bath tubs were extremely clogged, towel rack was broken, and there wasn’t even a bedroom door to my room! There was roach and silverfish infestations too. The screen was ripped up and the entire apartment was filthy. All of the “new” stuff they claimed to do was not new at all, just used garbage from somewhere else. It was almost impossible to get them to fix anything. I nagged them for weeks and even MONTHS on some issues. It took me threatening a lawsuit for them to do anything. The “maintenance man” was someone Leonid was related to, was angry with attitude whenever I asked them to fix everything that was supposed to be functional in the first place. They even deactivated my gate pass without any notice and refused to fix it for days. The mail delivery system here was a joke, they destroyed my W-2 and someone else’s and combined the pieces together. I broke my lease and forfeited my security deposit just to get away from this place. I do not recommend this place or their management at all.
