Courtyard by Marriott Fort Myers Cape Coral

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was really nice & clean. We stayed in June 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. Keep in mind that becasue of this they are short staffed and stretched thin. The General Manager was cutting the grass so yeah. No room service. Housekeeping upon request to help them out a bit (I know right help them out on vacation) make a pile of your used towels and bedding and leave outside door.

Staff was nice, but under staffed. Hotel not clean, pull out couch caused many “bug type bites”. Rooms are small. No continental breakfast.

Typicle of what you expect from a Courtyard. Nice, clean updated and very friendly staff and service. The rooms are a tad on the smaller size but perfect for a few days unless staying with 4 or more. Highly recommended.

Honestly the perfect place to stay in Fort Myers. The beds are extremely comfortable, the room was immaculate, nice area that is near so many restaurants and it's quiet at night. I do recommend this place.

Landscaping is months behind. Talked to local police who told me that the area specifically the Courtyard hotel was a high crime area. Housekeeping would not clean your room. You had to get towels and such from a pile in the hallway. I got charged for my entire stay on my personal card bc the hotel didn’t “note” on my reservation that it was paid by my company. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I do not recommend.

I had a guest to ask the lady where is is the bathroom because she couldnt wait to get my room that i bought the lady looked at her like she was some kind of criminal and said no she is an ol white lady and she was very rude she kept telling my friend no i will not be spending my money on this plaxe again

Some updating but still has a worn, dirty look. Front desk gave directions to my room. Nope. Wrong side of disconnected wing of hotel. Housekeeping didnt even know where room was. Had to drag bags through lobby, move vehicle. Wifi impossible to connect. Morning surprise. No comp breakfast! WTF over $200 room and no breakfast? Lots of other hotels in area, considering moving.

The hotel is okay. The desk employees were nice but housekeeping was rude. I tried to get coffee for the week and they acted like it came out of their own paycheck. The room was acceptable. Good noise control for the traffic outside and the airplanes going over. I loved having a balcony and the tea tree shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast was horrible.

Not a Marriott standard hotel. Place have no amenities and supplies really sucks. Have a lot of maintenance issues. Will not book next time.
Bed was old and uncomfortable. Back starts hurting in a day. Internet is also an issue. Only good comment is staff helpful and treats you with a smile.

Under construction but still very nice.
Free breakfast with Murder Mystery Train package. We will be back.

Had a great one night stay at this Marriott. Clean room with very nice decor and most importantly.a comfortable mattress. The front desk staff was very friendly, accommodating and prompt with our requests. The lobby is quite comfortable with a Starbucks right on the premises. I would definitely return when in the area.

Went with my faimly and we had the perfect experience. The room looked exactly like the pictures online so there were no surprises. The staff was also super sweet and all the rooms were clean. Would come back again.

Rebecca is a wonderful addition to this well maintained hotel. She is efficient and deserves kudos for her attention to detail.if ever in the Fort Myers area, this hotel should be the location to rest your head. It’s clear that Josh is an intricate part of the operation of this establishment. Thank you for the great service!

Room quote nice with fridge, love seat and ottoman. Funny no safe in the room, as I think of this as a business motel being right on the main drag and our seminar being held here.

They are remodeling, but remodeled rooms are very nice. Only thing that would be better is if bistro was open more hours.

Courtyards are always reliable, this one was wasn't quite on top of the details. We had to got to 3 floors to find a working ice maker. Granted, there was construction going on. The courtyard and pool area were very nice!

Food from the Bistro was great.
The toilets have to be taller. Or have some method to use. Handicapped rails would work. We brought in a table so we could get up.

Very convenient to the murder mystery train, which was our reason for being here. Service was kind and professional. The property is a little dated, but clean and comfy.

Hotel is clean with nice decor. Signs indicated an upcoming remodel. The staff is professional and friendly. And the beds are very comfy.
