Courtyard by Marriott Key West Waterfront

I have always thought of Marriott as a great hotel. This was a little better than our spring break hotel 20 years ago. Service is a 5 star but accommodation is really average. I will definitely choose a better hotel next time.

I had a nice stay at the Courtyard in Key West. Great location with Publix conveniently located across the street for essentials. Free parking and a very quick drive to most local staples (Smathers Beach, Duval Street, Airport). Only downside was that we tried and tried but could not get the Wi-Fi to work within our room. Not a huge deal as we were out and about most of the day, but a bit annoying that it would connect to the Wi-Fi but then nothing would load. Overall would recommend this hotel, friendly staff and very clean property.

This hotel is about a average hotel. We have a room with 2 floors. There are 5 of us staying. There is a full kitchen also. With 1 knife, 2 forks and 0 spoons. Stove is pretty disgusting as it has only been surface cleaned. I expected alot more from the Marriott.

Very dirty hotel, multiple dead and Alive cockroaches in the rooms. Plenty of other hotels that are kept up with better. They refused to do anything or even acknowledge a problem.

Our stay was good. Room was fresh and comfortable. Bathroom vanity could have been a bit bigger. The boston handle was pretty small. View was beautiful.
Would have rated a bit higher however, the bar tender at the tiki hut was so vial. He was a miserable man who should not be in customer service. His name is Ken, and I was in shock by how demeaning he was to me. I quickly took my drink and left as I felt so unwanted. You should find another bar tender.

Chris and Karin he front desk are phenomenal agents. Hotel has a great pool and the rooms are spacious. Gif my recommended for a tone looking to stay in KW

Such a beautiful place to stay in Key West. Their customer service was wonderful especially their breakfast service. Will be our go to when we visit Key West.

My family was booked Into another hotel. When we arrived At the hotel it was awful, no phone, no coffee or micro. Paint was peeling off the wall. We had to stay in that room for that night but I was determined to get us another room in Key West on lobster fest weekend. We had stated that Courtyard by Marriott in Marathon and it was lovely. I called courtyard Marriott waterfront in Key West and this lovely young man in the name of Christian Karen answered the phone I explain the situation to him And he said to me that he would get us an early check-in because that’s what we needed was an early check-in because we had to get out of the other hotel he explained to me that housekeeping wasn’t there until nine and that he couldn’t guarantee exactly when the room would be ready I was grateful. So my family and I went off and was waiting for Christian to call us back Sebastian called us back within an hour and a half told us our room was ready we received a beautiful room facing the pool with two double beds and a little sweet I was delighted my family was delighted and our expectations were above and beyond met. My son said to me Marriott has earned my business from this day forward and mine too so thank you very much Christian you did a wonderful job and I greatly appreciate it you.

Great hotel with a great waterfront view room. Pool was nice and friendly service. I wish they had a shuttle drop off into town near Duval street. Definitely would be helpful with the hotel on opposite side of all the activities.

Room was very comfortable and clean pool and deck areas were clean and great service and staff were very courteous and accommodating and the location exceptional

An amazing renovated hotel. I don't know why there are still some old pictures online because it looks good!
The staff was very friendly and at the reception they explained and showed us all what we need.
The room was spacious. And at night you could really close the blinds and have a dark room.
The gym was good but for me i was missing disinfect towls for the surfaces.
The small beach behind the hotel with the boarderwalk is soooo beautiful.
There you can see the sunset.
In my opinion the walls are thin.
But all together it was a beautiful stay.

This was probably our best Marriot experience yet. You're too far to walk to Duval, but Uber rides were only $12. The facility is well kept and has a cool vibe to it. My kids loved the pool and tiki bar smoothies. As for the staff, they all were super prompt, courteous and attentive to our every whim.

Stayed at the courtyard in key west one night. Front desk staff was welcoming. When I walked in the room it was clean, tranquil. It felt like I stepped into a spa. Slept so peaceful that night. Only negative was on the brochure they had a pic of a white sandy Beach. The area they called a beach looked like a swam. Would not put my toe in that water. Didn't get to enjoy the pool. Will visit again.

Rooms are small. Bathroom vanity about the size of a small motor home, no room to put toiletries.
House keeping would pick up dirty towels, but did not replace coffee or glasses or cups. Some plugs are worn out, better check your cellphone charger.
Staff was friendly enough, some issues might be from lack of employee's due to pandemic issues.
Overall a Motel 6, for 350.00 a night was my experience.

Located on Key West on the main route onto the island. Beautiful private lagoon, with shallow water adjacent to the mangroves. Conveniently located around many places to dine. Just a couple of minutes from the party section of Duvall street. Clean rooms and a great Tiki Bar located by the swimming pool. Love this place.

Even though we had an issue with our room, Ron was awesome in resolving the matter. It’s people like Ron that we stay loyal to Marriott. Thank you again.
