Courtyard by Marriott Miami at Dolphin Mall

I look only for three things in a hotel; clean room, hot shower and fresh coffee in the morning. This hotel had clean rooms.the coffee that they had for sale in the lobby did not look like the kind of coffee you pay for, but the real bummer for me was the best the shower could do was lukewarm. One person at the front desk was great helpful and friendly. The other is probably the reason the Hampton was sold out. I may have caught them having a bad week.

The hotel is located next to the dolphin mall. It’s literally in its parking lot. The issue is if your going to be traveling downtown or to the beach be prepared for tolls. The building is nicely painted black so looks a lot better than the standard courtyard. The rooms are nice especially for the price but the service is lacking. I asked the front desk to have the room clean and fresh towels when we went out but when we returned hours later nothing was done. I then called and asked for towels twice it never came. Finally my wife called said it’s her bday and needs to shower and they finally brought some towels. Overall I like the hotel just some of the staff needs some work.

Clean hotel with good customer service. No microwaves in rooms. Currently no hot or to go breakfast. Restaurant not open. Located on the Dolphin Mall property. Would highly recommend the hotel install cctv on all floors. Definitely some shady characters that patronize the hotel

In this hotel, very expensive soda and any stuff for sale. 5 dollars for small soda or whater.

I am currently staying at the hotel though it is just for a week.i love everything about it especially the people here they are not even rude compared to other hotels.they are so friendly even the housekeeping and the rooms are always clean i even like the fact that we are close to the mall.

Because first an employee tried to solve an issue with the sofa bed and then, the next day, Eduardo solved it completely. Unfortunately the first night my son did not sleep comfortably at all.

This is my favourite hotel in miami when I'm just one night or shopping. The staff is incredibly accommodating and the rooms have always been immaculate

Pretty decent I just was totally upset there's no microwave inside the room I had to literally go downstairs to heat up my take out

Due to covid19 we had not been able to visit my family in FL and we decided to do so last week and stay at the Courtyard Marriot Dolphin Mall. I want to start by thanking Eduardo at the Front desk for the jovial and enthusiastic reception.   Also to the others at reception who always greeted us with a smile.   We had the pleasure of chatting with Sandy, the General Manager, and Jose (Tony) Cruz, the Head of the housekeeping department.   The room is very spacious and clean, as is the entire hotel.   All the staff were extremely friendly.   We recommend it 100% and of course it is the hotel to stay on our next visit to Miami.

So normally when we stay here it’s amazing, however this last stay.we stayed and the bed in the basic king size room I found hairs on the pillow case as if the bed hadn’t been made or room cleaned and we also killed ants that kept coming out of the walls. Now when I called the front desk about this problem the lady manager that works during the day basically told me there was nothing she could do, didn’t even offer to upgrade and when I asked about an upgrade she told me that wasn’t something she’d be willing to do. I asked for a discount, or to be compensated or even I would’ve been happy with a new room however the magnate again told me basically I had to deal with it or go somewhere else. This is absolutely ridiculous especially with what we paid to stay here for our valentines anniversary. Think twice before staying here. Richard was amazing but the lady manager during the day was extremely rude and unwilling to help.

I’ve stayed at Many Courtyard Marriot and this one was disappointing by far. I read the reviews beforehand and I see what some guests was saying was true. Although it’s COVID it’s no reason to have not so clean rooms, Covid-19 should be more of the reason this hotel should be extremely Cleaned & Properly Sanitized. I travel myself with cleaning supplies so I cleaned the bathroom and wiped off everything for our family stay. Housekeeping is slacking very much and need management to oversee their Work! I want be staying here again for no future stays.room 417

The worst service ever. Even the room key didn’t work and when I tried to call to get help, no one answered. I had to go downstairs and waited for almost 15 mins to get help.
Even the pool is so cold and they never turned on the pool heater. I don’t recommend it.

Have stayed here a few times. The cafe is closed so no cooked breakfast. Place was not as clean as it used to be. The room assistants speak little or no English. Did not enjoy my stay but location is convenient.

We stayed for 4 nights in Dec 2020. Rooms are clean but not specious. No breakfast because of Covid. No microwave in room if you are staying for just 7 or less nights. Only one microwave near reception area. Not recommended for families with kids.
5 floors building with enough parking spots. Difficult to find parking on weekends because of Dolphin Mall crowd.

Stayed here during Fourth of July weekend and it was the greatest experience. Being with everything going on with Covid, we wanted something that would allow us to enjoy our stay mainly in our hotel room. Place was spotless and very luxurious. From our perfectly made beds to our own little sofa area and perfect view from the balcony. Apart from the beautiful hotel, Richard and Eddie were very accommodating, professional, friendly and fun! They made the experience ten times better and more homey. We will be staying here everytime we come visit Miami! Especially with the mall being walking distance and having incredible deals every day. Lol! Thank you Eddie & Rich! You guys are perfect!

3 star hotel deserving of a 5 star review. The hotel is situated next to Dolphin Mall which is convenient for anyone who needs to go to the store, shopping or a restaurant. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The hotel was also very quiet and well kept. We stayed for two nights and had no issues. All of the rooms (as far as I am concerned) have a refrigerator and some rooms have microwaves - but all guests have access to the microwave in the lobby if necessary. Downtown is a quick hop on the 836 East about 15-20 minutes from the hotel.

Absolutely horrible. We were treated rudely from the minute we came in asked the rude lady her name she responded Sandy (I am the general manager) we wanted to go swimming in a the pool in may in Miami she threatened to call the police on us for doing so.stay away from this place to many other nice places to stay in Miami.had to go front desk to ask for coffee daily to make in our room no coffee for guest available. In lobby.
