Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre

The staff was friendly and ready to help with whatever question we had. The room was pretty roomy, so far as hotel rooms go. It was clean and security was good. There's plenty of parking and there's plenty to see and do within walking distance. The pool if fun and perfect if you have kids. They also have a large outside TV that shows Disney movies at night. It was well worth the cost. (Tip: pay the extra cost to have breakfast included, it's worth it)

Hotel was nice, staff friendly and helpful, and beds were comfortable. 10 minutes from disney and lots of other amenities nearby. My warning though is to ensure you do not get a room near the pool. There are irresponsible parents who dont care to keep their kids from screaming during the later hours so don't expect to get an early sleep without the AC fan and TV on to drown out the noise.

Very nice, private, clean. Wished they had breakfast and the 10 ticket was able to be used at anytime during the trip not on specific dates. Some of us come in late. And I unable to use the ticket.

I stayed in this Marriott before and had a great experience however this time around the room was not very clean.

This hotel is average, currently undergoing renovation. The waterpark and pool area is really nice. The open bar and food is okay as well if you are staying in for the night. The major downside is the $15 per day onsite parking and an additional $10 per night. These fees really add up. If you're looking for a place to stay for a few days, then I would recommend as last option.

Terrible food from resturant and starbucks (not fully cooked, cold, very long wait time)! Shower had extremely hot water, could not cool and nothing was done about it! One star is for the room and the other for the friendly staff, except the bar guy

I really enjoyed my stay they have remodeled the hotel and the lobby and bar where fantastic.the staff is very friendly and helpful I will be staying here more often!

Room was fine. I got upset with the bistro employees and for that I apologize as it is not their fault but not allowing people to have the option to take a plate of food away from a buffet to your room during a pandemic is terrible service. First time staying off of Disney property and we will try a different hotel in the future-we are BonVoy members and usually love all Marriot properties but this customer service experience was terrible! Disney at least allows you to take food to go considering the circumstances and we all know they are all about the mighty dollar.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the room and common areas were spotless. Plenty of hot water for nice long shower after long days at work on a project and was able to relax comfortably by the pool bar over the weekend for some sun and cold snacks.

A few minor irritations. No microwave in the room to heat up a meal, no change for he laundry room (had to go to 3 different gas stations to get enough quarters to do a single load) and housekeeping still isn't doing regular checks. Which is fine, but if you're only giving two towels to a room, maybe replacing them with fresh ones on the 4th day of a stay would be reasonable? And the shower door was installed improperly so it wouldn't stay closed. Again, just the tiny things that make travel less convenient. Wouldn't stop me from staying here again for under $100 a night.

Conveniently located hotel with great staff and amenities. Very family friendly resort. We had a few simple issues that Ray the manager addressed in a friendly efficient manor. He along with all the staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here for our future Disney stays.

This a very nice, convenient hotel close to the Disney Parks. However, the REAL selling point is Colin, the bartender in the hotel lobby. He is a cocktail grandmaster and if you are looking for something different or special, let him craft you something AMAZING! He ia definitely worth a visit to make your trip extra special.

Terrible Terrible Terrible, I wouldn’t pay a penny to stay there not even free! Trust this post will save you a lot heartaches

The hotel itself is below average, they charge for everything as an extra fee, the toilet paper and tissues are sand paper, the food is over priced and the kitchen frequently is closed or broken. They have extra hidden fees on check-in. We tried four different times to use their Starbucks or their bar (the only place you can use the $10/day “voucher” you get involuntary charged for and were told sorry, we’re closed each time. I was hung up on three times when I tried to call down to guest services, and was left on hold for almost twenty minutes when I called the hotel directly on another night. We asked for extra towels, and they never arrived. We had to go down to repeat our request the next night before we got any. When I complained about how difficult it was to get help, I was essentially told “this is how it is, you get what you paid for. ” Believe me, they definitely over-charged for what they grudgingly give… Their internet is slow and spotty. There were tiny flea-like bugs running along the countertops of the dressers and bathroom counter. I have legitimately never stayed in a hotel that was this terrible, and will never be staying in a Marriot brand hotel again. If 0 stars was an option, I would mark that. Do NOT stay here.

Good location as it is minutes from Disney Springs. Hotel has been recently redone. Lobby, pool and bar area are very nice. Front desk staff was nice.told breakfast was included but restaurant isn't open on week days and we stayed Sunday to Thursday. Told we could get microwaved breakfast sandwiches from "Starbucks" in lobby. Tried once and wasn't very pleasant. The only issue we had was we forgot a blanket in the room and realized the evening of the day we left. Called the hotel that night and were told we need to call between 8 and 5 the next day to talk to the housekeeping manager.called twice the next day and left messages with details about the bright red Georgia Bulldogs blanket along with room number name and phone number. Our call was never returned. With service like that I'm not sure I would stay there again. Edit to add that based on the responses from the owners, they don't actually read the reviews
