Courvoisier Courts Brickell Key, Miami FL

After having worked at this location for almost 2 years and unfairly let go from my job during a global crisis I have decided to do my part and honestly review this place as a workplace and as a business. The building is located in a gorgeous area in brickell key. I loved working there due to the amazing residents of this building who were kind, loving and personable.unfortunately the same does not go for the management team in this location. Many times I was brought down and talked down by the property manager Javier Montes. During the first few weeks of employment under his management he would encourage me to make certain residents lives miserable because he simply did not like them, that being out of my charachter i was unable to follow his orders. These requests continued til the end of my employement. After opening up to management about my issues with anxiety this man Javier Montes has the audacity to tell me i needed to take care of my mental health and sent me home. Imagine after being vulnerable about a daily battle with anxiety especially during a global pandemic, someone who is supposed to up lift you completely fails to aknowledge tha pain and suffering he casued by doing that.mind you he considers himself a "Millenial Expert". I can definitly say he is far from that. When I found negative messages about myself on the work computer between the front desk supervisor and the administrator i brough it up to his attention and was quickly devictimized and was told that it was to early for him to deal with negativity. This lead me to feel insicure and unwanted at the work place. When i would bring key issues up to his attention he would quickly snare that i was the only one having those concerns, making me feel isolated from the rest of the team. This man is extremly toxic.because of his unreasonable decision I have lost my home, my pets, and i am struggling everyday to regain my life back. IF you reside here i urge you to do soemthing to change this management. They negatively speak of resdients, their families and personal business and constantly degrade others. I am still suffereing the mental damages working in this location has done to me. Worst job experinece ever.
